It’s a nice place, but quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am and I was woken up at 7am because of a lawnmower doing hot laps around my RV. That did not start my day out good. Then I had garbage to throw away and there is no place to put it except up front of office where dumpster is located that is locked up behind a gate with quarantine fence around it. They must worry people are going to steal the garbage.

This place is one of our stops going thru Texas. We stopped for the night the sites are large and long enough so we don’t have to unhook our tow car. Love that it has a dog wash! got all the dogs bathed before we left in the morning.

Loved the well manicured grass, concrete lots. Rest room next to pool was falling apart and appeared moldy, walls deteriorating.

Staff was great, we were in L01 on the lake. Beautiful view. Bathrooms and showers were private and clean. Clubhouse, weight room and laundry room were also clean.

This is hands down the best place to "camp" we have a 45 foot motorhome with a 20 foot trailer and everything fit, we didn't have to unhook, corners where great! Pool, hottub, dog wash station, outdoor cooking area,concrete pads and driveway, pond! This place is so superior than any other place we have stayed!

Boom town is one of the best rv parks we have stayed at. The lake is awesome the pool is real nice the bathrooms are super nice, the showers are awesome. Definitely stay there if you are in the area you won’t be disappointed! We would stay there again.

We absolutely loved this place! So many things todo even while it was raining. Only complaints that I had was we would have to call regularly to get the jacuzzi to heat, but they responded quickly. The other is the red ants were horrible. Next time I will bring ant poison to start with. Will defiantly be going back! Thank you guys for the hospitality.
