Unkept. Long grass and weeds. No fire pit. Water, electric and sewer hookup we're good and as expected. Very small. Would not recommend for a trailer over 30 feet.

The owner Terry was so nice and communicative. We weren’t able to make it into town until 9:30pm, and he stayed up late to accommodate our late check in. Bathrooms/ showers were tidy and open 24hrs/ day.
