Everything about the place was good!

The sites appear nice for the most part. Ours (31) was relatively level if you kept left, closest to the trees and hook-ups. Otherwise, it fell off to the right and downhill on the patio side. It was quiet for the most part, the trains coming through were muffled by the trees and they weren't obnoxious. Ear plugs help at night with the whistles, and they seemed to have little to no trains after 11p. We were there for two nights and wanted to use the dump before leaving. The camp host didn't mention that it was closed, so we were surprised to see a lock on the dump with a sign stating it was temporarily closed for maintenance. Ended up carrying our full tanks to the next destination. A heads up from the camp host world have helped in this case. It's a nice park with a great playground for the kiddos, even has two zip lines! Fishing is allowed, but no swimming at the lake/pond. Nice quiet place if you need to rest up for a night or two.

Great camp ground! Mosquitos were pretty bad,but alll in all a good weekend.

It was such a great weekend and it looked like they had done something to treat the water. The edges water had several feet of moss growing the last time we were there. My grandson had a great time learning to fish this time versus our previous stays.

Our spot (7) was hard to get close to plug in. Trees kept us from being able to use awning. We selected this site due to open areas online, but park was never “full”. The spots we desired were never occupied. No lights throughout entire campground. We were lucky the Host offered an extension chord-great lady!

Great place

While the area was beautiful and there was a nice playground area for the kids, there were only 3 portapotties to service the whole site, and one was so covered in flies as to be nearly unusable. The other two could have used servicing. The plumbed restroom/bathhouse was outside the entrance of the park and not exactly convenient. The campsites in our area were narrow and not designed for enormous fifth-wheelers with slide-outs. Our awning ended up about 18" from the neighbor's slide. Campsite policies were not enforced with multiple vehicles on each site and dogs running free (and sometimes chasing unfortunate bicyclists), and if you're looking for a quiet place to spend the 4th of July, this is most emphatically not it. While the park prohibits fireworks in the immediate area, there are apparently no rules about orchestrating loud and lengthy displays just across the road for the enjoyment of your family members camping inside (accompanied by much whooping, hollering, and applause). If you turned the other way, you could enjoy the nearby city's display for a surround-sound effect. If the noise from the neighbors doesn't get you, the sound of freight trains on the very busy tracks that run right next to the park might do the trick, and if all else fails, the mosquitoes will be enough to drive you away. All in all, a beautiful site that fails to live up to its potential

Lovely, well kept camp ground. Great area to walk our dog. Shower rooms were clean and in good working order. The kids enjoyed the play ground and riding bikes. Will definitely come again.

Beautiful views, clean bathrooms, showers, carts to haul our things, good size camp sites, all wonderful for a great experience!!

Nice and quiet. Fishing was good and my grandkids love riding their bikes around the lake and playing at the playground.

Nice place, well taken care of, price ok for water and electric

It was a pleasant stay. Enjoyed being there. And it didn’t cost a fortune!
