Nice clean park with roomy sites.

The sites were clean, neat, and level. Utilities and Wi-Fi were perfect; we had an overnight here in a 5th wheel and did not disconnect. We did have some difficulty determining which lane to access our pull-thru site, as the only comfortable manuvering (and hitching post) was coming in wrong on a "one-way". Other than that, perfect for our needs.

The people were very nice and helpful. Clean campgrounds, great pricing.

The area is quiet and nice for a peaceful outting. The people are friendly. Our biggest complaint was the smell of sewage. It was everywhere.

First time ever pulled into a spot and didn't need to level front/back or side to side. Beautiful quiet park. Well lit at night. We were right next to the highway and could hear cars but wasn't enough to bother us. Don was super nice! We will be back!

Usually the park is very quiet but this time it was very noisy due to the camper next to me working on his Deisel truck till after midnight. We had to endure that noise along with a compressor and loud banging around noise. He had two vehicles parked in the street and the truck was parked on the edge of my pad which made us feel a bit cramped. We left a day early.

The park was very clean, kim the park host was very helpful and attentive. I had a great stay overall. I'm looking forward to staying there again.

Site was good but very limited interaction with camp host. We had never received any information on the wifi. Pond sites are not long as described very short. Close to I-95 which is not an issue for us with the noise but others may have issues. Kept trying the wifi and of our last night there it worked not sure of the issue. Good for an overnight or so but definitely wouldn't be a vacation destination .

The park is new, clean and convenient. The shower room needs hooks the hold towels and a fan vent to remove humidity. Also no one was in the office to check in or check out, just done by phone. We will stay here more in the future, love the Sebastian area and this park is conveniently located and fairly priced.

Location is convenient but no amenities. Pool is under construction but while our stay (four days) never saw any work being done to complete. If you rig is not very insulted, you will hear the interstate as it is very close. Never used the bathrooms or laundry so can only assume they are fine. When arriving, be cautious as there are no signs of the camp ground.

New quiet park, all gravel pads. New clean restrooms/showers. Currently in process of adding a built in pool

New park (six months old) with huge sites and convenient access from I-95. It is still a work in progress (pool is in the plans and the grass isn't getting mowed regularly), but the park is spotless otherwise. Note that the park is VERY well lit up at night, but not a problem if you have blackout shades.

Easy access to 95 and nice quiet layover

Thank you so much to Don and his amazing wife, they were great hosts and the campground was beautiful. We will be back! Bathrooms were so clean, clubhouse was beautiful and the grounds were kept super nice! Can't wait to see the pool 😍

Right off 95 and easy to pull in & out of RV park & site. Sites are very wide. Laundry room with 3 washers & dryers, neat but stackable a so dryers are hard to empty. Full hook ups and very well lite. Power issues park wide twice during the evening and FPL fixed within two hours. Friendly staff. Preserve next door.
