We have stayed several times and love the wide spots and clean resort!

Staff was great, site was very clean, restrooms very clean.

Place is great. Location is great. Well kept but it’s pricey. Only reasons I don’t give five stars comes down to the price and everyone on the front two rows will have to be aware that it’s almost impossible to get in without having neighbors move their vehicles which can be problematic when they’re gone for the day on bicycles as you arrive. You will not be assisted and it will be up to you to knock on the neighbors door and hope for the best. I’d recommend no travel trailers on the front row. B and C class only or assist campers by knocking on doors for them so they aren’t put in awkward situations knocking on a strangers door. I didn’t enjoy the part when he was grumpy and took it out on me. Felt that should have been handled by the campground personally. Overall, it was great and I’ll be back

Small but close to Anna Maria Island. Older bathrooms but very clean. Tight spots even for backing in a 25 ft trailer but we loved the area the park is located. We will definitely go back next year. Lots of return seasonal guests. Might have construction of near by bridge in 2025 and 2026 so be sure to check on this if planning to stay at this RV Park.

The campground is manicured and very nice. Our site was spacious & the pond/fountain were pretty. My only comment is the internet wasn’t great. Normally, it wouldn’t matter to us but the weather was chilly & rainy so we were attempting to watch tv.

A hidden gem. I don’t want to rave too much or it will get crowded. Such a quiet campground in the perfect spot!

The sites are very well done with pavers and nice landscaping. The pool is small but clean and the water was warm. The bathroom and showers of course don’t get used much with most using their own but the woman’s room was amazing. I’ve never been in a nicer, cleaner bathroom while RVing. The sites are close together but that’s to be expected near the ocean. Overall it’s a nice place.

The park was very clean and close to the beach. Our RV was assigned toward the front and we had tremendous road noise from Cortez Rd. Would recommend finding a site farther back in the park. Everyone was very nice and we enjoyed ourselves. Cortez Rd. is very busy and not much to be done if you are by the road. The location of the RV Resort is great!
