I needed to speak to someone about changing sites and there was no one available.

It’s a passing grade, price seems a bit high given the road noise, train noise, and no amenities. But one thing they do which I found odd, and really unnecessary, was that on Campspot, if you want to pick your own site on the map, you have to pay an additional $15. There were plenty of sites available, and I wanted to pick a site where I would not have a neighbor on either side. Just to minimize noise or activity around me. But that would have cost me $15 to do that. So the per night fee goes from $71 to $86. Given the nice map interface of Campspot, I think you should just let people use the map and pick their site. Why not please the customer? I called the office and left a message at 4pm before I arrived asking when they assign me a site if they could make it one with. I neighbors, but never heard back. Oh well.

Cain’s is always a great choice for me. It is clean, quiet and is close to the things I do while I’m in town.

My wife and I are new to RV'ing. We have friends and family in the Hahira area and chose to do our first trip to Cain's Creekside to get our feet wet and get our processes down. We arrived on the Sunday before Labor Day. It seems that on the weekend, check-in is on the honor system, as the office is unmanned. There was good signage and instruction in the office about what we needed to do. We were in Site 1, right behind the office. The site was shady and an easily accessible pull-through gravel site. It was a very quiet spot, close to I-75, but far enough away to not have constant noise. While perhaps not the fanciest RV park out there, it was a very pleasant and relaxing start to our RV journey.

The staff are not very friendly. As soon as the manager realized I booked online he just told me to go to the site identified in the email and he walked away. The sites are not very level. The day I arrived there was no water because the person they had installing fiber cable cut the water line. It took them forever to repair it because it still wasn't working by 9pm. There was no offer to provide some portion of the fee refunded. The site is also not easily navigated and none of the sites are level. It is so bad that they have concrete blocks at each of the sites for people to use to be able to level trailers. I would definitely avoid this site because there are other places nearby that have to be better.

Easy in and out. Mike greeted as warmly as can be. Helped us into our spot. Got our refund for Passport America with 1 phone call. And best of all, a safe and peaceful night!

We had no problems at with during our stay. Site 1 was perfect for us: long enough for our 42 ft 5th wheel and easy in and out. The location of the campground is great being that it is just a few miles off of I-75. The turn at the stoplight in town is a bit sharp, but doable.

We had RV trouble so we called a week in advance to push out our reservation. Called 5 times, left 3 messages, tried emailing the support email address and no response.

We needed a place to stay for the night. This place fit the need. Very quiet. Some mud when it rained, but hey, it's camping. Will probably stay hear again if in the area.

Was not able to stay in the site I reserved. No camp host or anybody in the office, didn’t even have an active phone number. Sites were super unlevel and a nightmare to get unhooked and level our trailer. That being said, it was an absolute ghost town. We saw more coyotes and ducks than people over the weekend.

We never meet anyone from the campground. It says there is WiFi, did not get it. Went to the office and no one was there. Left hand written note, never was called. Just very disappointed.

I have stayed at Caine's Creekside a number of times over the past 3 years. Although I've never seen any of the staff, the park is nicely maintained and has the essentials I need.

Wonderful little park. Very well kept. We had no electricity upon pulling in but they fixed it immediately. Great pull through site. Will stay again.

I stay here when I visit my daughter. The place is clean and well kept.

No one was in the office to check in and we couldn’t reach them until the second day of our stay. There wasn’t a picnic table at our site #3. Other than that the grounds are lovely and the other campers were friendly.
