Couldn't have been happier with our stay for Memorial Day weekend! Great neighbors, awesome playground for our kids, and a nice pool.

We had a great time!

The facility was great, the people were really nice. The weather was good a lot of restaurants and things to do real close some with them walking distance our family had an incredible time.

Great location close to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The park has a great kids playground that our son absolutely enjoyed!!

Campground very clean, showers very nice and super clean, great location! Will definitely stay here again!

Bath house and laundry area was very clean, camping spots are nice and fairly level. The geese are the only negative I could say about the experience, loud and messy lol

We had a great time. We had a new camper and did not know how to work the tv. The maintenance guy and his wife spend at least an hour helping us work it out. Great workers and CLEAN bathhouse and camp ares. Would definitely stay there again.

This place was amazing! Staff went above and beyond with their New Years Eve Party! Very nice and clean bath house! Nice dog park! I can’t say enough good things about.

Everyone there are so nice. It’s really relaxing to set out by the stream and watch the ducks and geese playing and if you are like us, you may catch a glimpse of an eagle or two.

There was no better way to start the morning than to brew a cup of coffee and go out and watch the geese and ducks in the river! My kids loved feeding them! We will most definitely be back during the warmer months with the family!

Nice campground, but the smallest sites that I have ever seen. Hardly any room to park a truck at the site and no where to set up “camp”. No plans to stay here again. If needing camping accommodations in the mountains try elsewhere first.
