CamperTown RV Park — Reviews

When I pulled in the place looked like a junkyard. Permanent campers poorly maintained with pine needles laying all over the rooftops. What a fire hazard. The space was about 2’ out of level and the roads were washed out. I thought I was going to destroy my rig just getting out of there. The office had closed early and no one to answer the phone. I pulled out and headed elsewhere.

Unfortunately, the property did not match the appearance presented online. Upon arrival, we found the property to be in significant disrepair, and the entrance road was filled with potholes and large divots. The overall atmosphere made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe, so we decided not to stay and departed promptly.

This is not an RV campground for over-nighters. I was the onlly over-nighter in the camp. This is a full-time residence for people who live in campers, and I didn't feel it was a safe environment. The bath house was full of black mold, and to be fair the manager did say they were working on getting it remodeled.. soon? I gave it one star because they did provide hook-ups, and a place to land, but not a place I would come back to or recommend.

Sites were good for our 41’ Motorhomes. The sites need to be leveled better. Will stay there again

Too many to mention. Just want to forget it.

Our spot was less than desirable. A concrete slab with a 8-10 inch drop of. No table and very little room between RV’s . Many full timers with awful looking places, surrounded by junk and trailers certainly unkempt. The only reason I gave a two stars is we had the essentials electric, water and sewer. Will not ever be staying here again.

Power plugins at site were dead (outlets were loose with black scorch marks on one), but we were able to move to another site with power. Lots of traffic noise overnight and the bathrooms/showers were in sorry shape. At least there was hot water (eventually) for a quick shower). Only cost $30 though.

The price, the price, the price! It was a little cramped, individual slots were VERY close, but the manager and neighbors were very friendly, and responsive to my needs!

After hours no one was available except a call center and she had no idea what she was doing. Once we figured it all out, we hooked right up and had a great night’s sleep.

Highway noise. Poor wi-fi. Terrible tasting water.

Friendly staff and super accommodating.
