Canyon View RV Resort — Reviews

Rated5.0out of 5Fantastic!
Staff was friendly, bathrooms/showers were very clean-which is really important to us, pool (which was a great temp even in late May) and hot tub were nice and clean and had no issues. We enjoyed all of the fun games in the game room and the cornhole. Overall resort was very nice and well taken care of, we will definitely be back!

Perfectly clean. Nice grass and pet pen at each site. Great view of a ranch with horses right next to our campsite. Excellent showers. They pick up your trash each morning between 9-10am! We stayed an extra day since we were having so much fun in Grand Junction. Adrenaline Driven Adventures rented us a 3-wheeled Slingshot and picked us up at CanyonView. Excellent campground.

Very orderly, clean, quiet, and the check. In personnel ( sorry, don’t remember the names of the two ladies) was excellent. They were very courteous and helpful.

Very nice spot with wonderful staff. Our AC went out in our RV and there was a repair guy onsite who fixed it quickly! We were heading south to hotter weather so Eric, the mechanic, was a Godsend!

Rated4.0out of 5Great!
I was a little cautious booking at this park after reading some old reviews, however, there was a notification “Under new management “ and we found our experience to be better than expected. This rv park accommodated our 41 foot 5th well. Our pad was sand/gravel, but they are in the desert so what else can you expect. The water and sewer worked fine, they had very clean and nice bath houses. The park nothing fancy at all but was quiet. 98% of rv’s appeared permanent and part of the park had permanent trailer homes. There was no internet. There was slight traffic noise as next to main road, but nothing too bad. They actually only had electric and water and the electric box looked a little sketchy but seemed to work fine. There was a sewage dump station, but they wanted an additional $8.00 to dump which was ridiculous and should have been included in the nightly fee which was $52.50 after our military discount. They had a pool but it was devoid of water. This park is good for overnight.

Very convenient - close enough to the I-70 but quiet. Everything worked and facilities were modern. Sites were spacious and well maintained The recommendation from staff to go to the Colorado national monument was phenomenal. When our travels take us near Grand Junction, we'll stay here again.

This is an excellent very well-maintained. Park with a friendly courteous staff. Everything is super clean and neat. The views from anywhere in the park are amazing and the proximity to downtown Grand Junction and stores and restaurants is perfect. There’s also a huge hospital a block away, which is a great piece of mind when you’re a senior.
