Clearwater Cove RV Resort — Reviews

Had an absolutely wonderful experience! The people were very friendly and helpful and the view from our spot was so beautiful. Could not recommend enough and we will definitely be back!

The park was super nice and clean. The caretakers of the park were super nice and very helpful with anything we needed. The bath houses were amazing. They were spacious, clean, and updated. Although we only stayed at this park for one night is was great to find a nice park to add to our revisit list in the summer so the weather is nicer for the kids. This truly seems like a community of people who want to grow and better the park which is great for travelers or people staying more long term.

Campground was pristine, very neat and clean. Management was pleasant and helpful. Check in was efficient. Resort is a word with a very broad definition. This did not fit my definition of a resort. This campground is not for those traveling through. While it is close to Lynchburg, it is mainly for long term campers. Most sites appear occupied by long term units with very few available for short stays. There is more pavement than grass, we felt like we were camping at Camping World. Sites are very close together. Rig will take up entire site, tow vehicle will have to be put elsewhere on site. Web site pictures and description of of sites are in need of update. Pool is small but the water was pristine. I did not visit the bath house. We enjoyed our stay at Clearwater Cove RV Resort.

We had a very nice first visit. We enjoyed visiting with our friends and making new ones. The campground was very clean and well kept up. The bath house was very nice and clean. The pool was great! I would only mention that for larger campers we found that the spaces were a bit tight, and that the trees (while very pretty) were in the way and we had to exit going the wrong way due to the severe turn that had to be made. Also just food for thought those pretty trees as they get bigger may interfere with the concrete pads as well as sewer, water and electrical lines. Otherwise we had a very nice stay!

Awesome place to visit and you couldn’t ask for better host to run it or to hang with. So many nice people here! Wonderful and friendly folks! We’ll be back.

Clean & quiet, the proprietors & guests were just about the most friendly I have ever encountered in a campground.

The campground was very clean and the couple that ran it were very nice! This was one of the cleanest campgrounds I’ve been too.

Nicely laid out campground. Easy to access. Only stayed one night in transit, but it made a good impression.
