Coach House Mobile Home Community (Age Restricted 55+) — Reviews

Very nice community. Very welcoming. Under new management and they make trips through the community to talk to residents and check the area. Nice large pool with plenty of chairs and shaded areas. We have already booked our next stay in this community.

Nice and quiet. Friendly people. Lots of amenities. The company needs to add a bath house for r v campers.

There was a lot of abandoned properties , and a lot of dog droppings. The heater in the pool was broken. It needs to be explained that they are in a long transition of rebuilding,

our site was plenty big enough. Mostly long-term residence, but our spot was right near the entrance. Everyone we encountered was so sweet. Perfect place to stay to visit Bradenton, Ana Maria, Island, or Saint Pete.

Nice facility but the pool heater wasn’t functioning properly during our stay.

The park was quiet and our spot was spacious. It was gravel, level and had a brand new picnic table. We did not use any of the amenities but the pool, shuffle board courts and pickle ball courts were in great condition. We also did not use the shower house, so I don’t know whT condition they were in. We will definitely come back next year.

While still recovering from hard hits from the hurricanes, this place is well kept and friendly. The pool area is beautiful and inviting.

The place is clean and the residents are kind. Our reservation started on January 1st and the office was closed. We understand but there was no envelope with instructions or information out of the office. Fortunately, residents helped us to find our site and gave us the WiFi password. Nobody from the office never welcomed us on the following day.
