Need to deal with the homeless problem.

No human contact, no map, had no idea of site location, name of camp ground was not costal . . . Called numerous times and no return call-- never stay here again

First off the name on the front of the campground is totally different than what I booked with. Next the 6 days we were there the office was CLOSED!!! They did not even respond to text messages, the garbage was over flowing. The grass in the pictures showed nice and green we get there and it is dead. The RV campground looked more like people were living in it fi=ull time. There was NO playground. NO dog park. The road leading to the campground was full of drug users. Passed out in cars, homeless everywhere.

The sign says Shoreline not Coastal Pines. The office was completely closed for the 6 days we were there. It looked more like a RV full time living spot than a resort. The grass was dead nothing like the pictures. The road coming into the area was frequently used by drug addicts. Broken down bus. We seen 2 people passed out in a car I'm assuming doped up. The number that was texted to me was never responded to. I wouldn't use this location again unless it gets an over haul.

The name on the sign does not match the listing. We were there from Wednesday night to Sunday morning and tried mutiple times to speak to an employee but the office was locked the whole time and they never replied to text sent to the contact number they provided. The bathrooms were very dirty. Driving down the road to get to the resort there are mutiple homeless encampments with people very visibly using drugs right out in the open as well as abandonedvehicles. Also, most of the people in the resort were living there. It is more a residential RV park than a resort fpr a weekend stay.

Dont clean

Good place and quiet… all clean and the spaces are big

Arrived 3pm and office closed. Everyone said no one is ever there. Called number, left message, no return call. Found our spot. Tree and bush limbs scraping top and sides of motorcoach. Even limbs hanging over route in and out of park. Would never return here nor recommend. As a matter of fact, CampSpot should not have them listed.

Never received bathroom code or WiFi password

Great for what we paid. Near everything we wanted to see: the Mansion and Pink Lady. Old Eureka was delightful. Costco was close. Not bad for overnight.

Never got a bathroom access code! Although we checked in by 3.30 pm! We had to ask neighbours and one of their codes was wrong and not working. With foreign tel. nr. we couldn't reach you. It was just frustrating in every way. So we paid too much for something we didn't get!! Never again!

Never can see personal office

Its a nice place alots of walking and biking. Good dining without a reasonable distance. Con we left a day early due to the dogs in front of us who a permanent resident could not be outside with my pets without them barking.

I gave it a four because the park was fine but the whole time we were there there was no one in the park office. The bathrooms were all locked up. They had a code lock on them but no way to get the code. No one around to give assistance The WiFi was good !

Wifi is basically non existent they should not advertise that they have it. In this day and age it surprises me that some RV parks don’t have usable wifi. Other than that it’s your basic park that was ok for our overnight stay
