It was beautiful, we were very happy with everything. We went mid September, wasn’t crowded, the south fork American River was wonderful. Staff was friendly, courteous & informative. Bathrooms & showers were also nice and clean. Plenty to do there, fishing, swimming pool, & very accommodating for every type of camping, glamping, cabins, tents, RV, large or small groups. I definitely recommend Coloma. Looking forward to coming back soon. Advance reservations recommended, gets booked 1 yr in advance.

This was our first time at Coloma Resort, and we had a really good time. The RV sites were clean, and everyone who worked there was very friendly. It was just a short walk to the river from our site, where we relaxed with friends. Troublemakers brewrey was fun place to go for dinner. We also went to an area and did a little mountain biking, and we lso went white water rafting one day with the company, American Whitewater expeditions, which we highly recommend.We had such a great time, we already booked our next trip with the resort.

We had an amazing time! Tubing down the river was a great experience. The campground was quite nice and the cabins (and bunkhouses) were great! Spending at least two full days on the property would be ideal to make the most of a short trip.

This place was amazing! We were here for a week and didn’t want to leave! Right off the American river rafting and rapids right up the path by the resort! We had a great time and we will be back 😃

Riverfront RVing at its best. Such a nice and clean and beautiful resort. We enjoyed two nights in site 59. Fell asleep to the sounds of the river. Liked it so much we just rebooked for three nights in August.
