Columbia River RV Park — Reviews

Grounds were well kept. Most people were on extended stays with nice RVs. We were there only 2 nights on a roadtrip. Based on other reviews my expectations were low but maybe because of that I was pleasantly surprised. If airplane noise bothers you the place is not for you. Didn’t bother us one bit.

Clean bathrooms and very nice staff.

Nice location for park & site. Clean park. Sites were a good size and loved the pavement and landscaping. Bathrooms & dumpsters not very close to site. Lots of noise from airplanes & road behind campground, however our AC drowned out the noise nicely. Would recommend’

Clean & convenient… but recommend providing the bathroom passcodes in the reservation confirmation. We had to ask around to find them.

Hidden gem-- such a surprise to find this beautiful county park. We felt like we were deep in the woods but we're a quick drive from town. Pretty walking path a long the river, and a large grassy picnic area for day use. We especially appreciated the huge, well appointed dog park a short walk from the campground. Check in and check out were easy, our site felt private and had a table and a grassy area.

Easy in, easy out. Large Park with lots of friendly people. Easy access to shopping and Washington Park in Portland. Also not far from commuter trains.

Exactly what you expect of a good campsite in a city. Not much space around your motorhome, but a well situated RV park, friendly staff, clean amennities. Full hook up. So not for a long stay but perfect for travelling through and visit Portland.

Staff were really pleasant and helpful. The toilets and showers were absolutely clean and fresh every day on our 4 night stop. Laundry room was also very clean and reasonable prices. You will have to put up with the trains / boats blowing their horns throughout the night though! You are close to Portland International Airport, but not too many take off and landings throughout the night. All In all, a great spot to stay for visiting Portland for a few days.
