Great little campground!

This is an intimate campground that I stayed in twice in one week - going and returning from my destination. I appreciated making reservations on line and the availability of someone at the park to speak to before arriving. I drive a small van and the space I chose- #7- was nice nestled against the outer edge. Opposite were other space that accommodated large rigs but those spaces seemed small and close together. The back-in space was tight for sure. I didn’t use any of the services except electric, so can’t comment on those. My one “inconvenience” was that the internet was spotty and at times I lost connection. It may have been as the park filled up and usage increased. Checking in was simple with a kind welcome. I’d stay a third time should I pass that way again.

It’s a nice quiet campground that is close to the National Park. My dogs loved the dog park. It was big, clean, and well maintained. That is rare to find. We would definitely recommend.

The area is nice and quiet. The staff are extremely helpful. Shops are close by if you need anything.

We enjoyed our 3 night at Countryside Campground! The property is beautifully cared for and the owners are very nice. We stayed in site #8 and it was quiet, except for the birds singing! Of course we loved that. During our visit, we found the campground to be conveniently located just 30 minutes to Cuyahoga Valley National Park. We also easily explored Kent State University and the surrounding areas. All the conveniences were just minutes away from the campground! Next time we will stay longer. There are amenities that looked great, we just did not use them.

It was difficult to find and access the tent sites, especially since we got in later in the evening. Then we got stuck in a downpour and there was so much mud and water on the ground we just went to a hotel. Not a full review to give, just a so-so experience.

We had a great experience at Countryside Campground. They could not have been any kinder. Looking forward to going back.

Full hook up was close and easy. Reservation process was fast and easy.
