I really liked this campground. It was quiet and the views were great. Within walking distance of some stores and wineries. We will definitely be back in the summer.

This campground is absolutely amazing. Gorgeous through and through, perfect location, affordable, and the nicest people. Management is great too, you can tell they really care, they seem happy to be there and happy to have you there. This is about a 15 to 20 minute drive to Pigeon Forge and a half hour to Gatlinburg.

Awesome place, great mountain views, easy to checkin and out. Full hookups are great and 50 amp power. Back in site was easy to get in to , we had site 8.

We were there long enogh to know that it's a very nice park, but not long enough to warrent a great. Maybe next year we'll stay longer if we stay there. Then maybe you'll get a great.

Nice location in Wears Valley, we situated between Townsend and Pigeon Forge. Close to entrance to GSM park. Very nice clubhouse, pool, laundry. We were on a gravel pad that was flat and well compacted. Plenty of room for 40’ motorhome and toad. Site included picnic table and new fire ring. Excellent water pressure and good utilities service including CATV. Park WIFI is good. We also had good service from T-Mobile on a hotspot and decent service on our Verizon phones. Huge area to walk pets both around the lake and between the businesses that front the road and the park. The park is quiet and far enough from the road not to hear road noise. Park is undergoing a lot of improvements like putting in concrete drives and pads in the back of the park. There is currently not a lot of plants or trees between lots limiting shade and privacy.
