Pros: Good value Wide open We were easily able to upgrade to a camp cabin over the phone Easy check-in Bathroom/shower area was well-heated Good water pressure with plenty of hot water Cons: Bathrooms were kind of dirty The whole place looked a bit run down We didn't realize the camp cabins had no running water and the bathrooms were a little ways away. Not too bad, though; like a regular campground. The beds weren't very comfortable, but we were happy to avoid setting up and taking down a tent and everything that goes with it. For only $30 more to have solid walls? Worth it! The door on the cabin was a cool, old-fashion kind of thing, but there was also a modern lock. The Wi-Fi worked well, too. We weren't there when the office was open, and it closed early, but I could see what appeared to be a clean, well-organized store area behind reception. We didn't need anything, but I always like to see what's available.

There is no signage on road to know where to enter. The campground has seen better days, the seasonal sites that are rented look like slums. It needs a major overhaul. But unfortunately the surrounding neighbors won’t help the situation. The upside to the campground is the gentleman that checked us in was very nice.

False advertising. It is not a KOA and looks nothing like the photos. This place hasn’t been maintained for quite some time. Our space had electric and water so we stayed since it was only for one night.

I cannot believe you have this park on your listing. It is a dump and not a cheap one. We forfeited our $$ and stayed somewhere else. Your Company should be embarrassed to have it as a listing. General practices should include an employee of your Company go check it out before listing it. I would believe this campground stays in business from the forfeited fees paid and no one actually stays there. It doesn't look anything like the pictures online. I will not use your Company again for any future reservations. Very disappointed in your Company and will not ever stay at this campground.

It was adequate enough for what we needed as basic campers. The showers were hot and clean but very dated. Amenities were supposed to include firewood but none was found and no one was at the office or answered our call when we tried to inquire. WiFi was excellent so it was nice to be able to do some “catching up”

We pulled into the parking lot and it was an instant “nope.” Nothing at all like what was advertised on Campspot. All the vegetation was dead, it was dirty, and there was nobody we could see actually staying in the park. The office was locked up at 4 pm and nobody answered the phone. We immediately booked another campground 5 minutes away that was amazing. The owners won’t return our calls in regard to a refund. Don’t book here.

We really enjoyed the area. We did not use the property amenities but were pleased with the FHU and the spaces were more than comfortable. Your basic RV park. Enjoy the Taps and revelry! 😁

Bathroom/Shower area needs to remodeled - dirty looking and run down. Cabin 2 has aluminum foil for the top of the window. Dead grass

It was definitely a no-frills RV park, but it was quiet and close to town and had everything you would need.

This place is nothing like the photos on Campspot. Every blade of grass is dead and the trees are right behind them. The surrounding area is just plain bleak. When I booked, the photos suggested that this facility was a KOA campground, but it's easy to see that it no longer qualifies. Find somewhere else to stay.

Polite staff. Our site was ready for us. We left early before staff arrived so we didn't get to meet them.

Bathroom/shower area needs to be renovated. Dirty looking and run down. A piece of aluminum foil covered the top of my window in my cabin. Old extension cords in cabin are fire hazard and need to be replaced. No longer a KOA campground and no current signs posted.

This RV park used to be a KOA Kampground. While the were functional, the General condition of the park was a bit run down. The pool was full of green algae water, and was unusable during our stay. An enclave of MAGA supporters is located next door, and they played patriotic recordings morning and night over their loudspeakers, which were aimed at the RV park. The Google Business listing shows photographs that were taken during the period of time when the park was still under KOA ownership, and are not reflective of the current condition of the park.

There was no employee on site and the landscaping was neglected and there was litter around. Everything worked but pool and store were closed. It seems like a place about to go out of business.

Not as advertised. Google pictures clearly old. Advertising as a KOA and is not. No shade, dead spikey grass. Store not open when we got there at 3pm. A note tacked to the door for check in instructions. Pool closed for broken filter. Garbage on site grounds.Playground sketchy. Booked elsewhere immediately as we were tent camping and needed the advertised shade and pool. Tried to get refund and went to voicemail haven't heard back.
