Creekside Camp — Reviews

Unique, small camp spot on a river. Very peaceful. Owners are very responsive and helpful. Although most campers/RV’s have bathrooms and showers, it would be nice to have a backup on premises in case of equipment issues.

Beautiful spot. Easy to get in and out.

The campground was perfect. It maybe small but makes up for it with the sites and view of the water. Our site was level and easy to get into. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We will definitely be going back.

Creekside Camp is a quite campground with 8 spots. The sites are gravel for the RV and concrete patio with picnic tables and fire pits, wood is provided. Kayaks on site to use for also. Good fishing off the dock on Shoal creek. If you're looking for a quite place and listen to the owls at night by the fire and see the eagles go by during the day this is the place.

Creekside is amazing!! Every one of the 8 sites are perfect size, level concrete pad, full hookup, with picnic table and fire ring. Every site is on the water along beautiful Shoals Creek. Shannon also provides free firewood and kayaks. We will diffidently be back and hope to bring our camping friends and family!!

Very clean, and beautiful campground. Quiet and immersed in nature. Met the owner who went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. A hidden gem we will certainly revisit.

It's a great place to camp, the owners are always very helpful and easy to work with!! This was our second stay and will be back!

Very beautiful and peaceful place.

Creekside is beautiful, with all campsites at waters edge. This was the cleanest place we have ever camped. We enjoyed watching the creek go by this wonderfully peaceful place! We will be back!

What a wonderful campground!! So quiet, beautiful and wonderful hosts! It was perfect and although we were only and to stay one night we would definitely like to come back for a longer time period. We were offered free firewood from the host and given a camp t-shirt and sticker….I mean…who does that?!?

We love this campsite and the owners even more. This is our second time staying. Shannon, the owner, has added complementary kayaks and firewood since our last stay. Every campsite opens up to Shoal creek giving you an almost private experience. Everything at this campsite centers around the water. There is a sandbar around 100 yards up the creek. This is where everyone hangs out on the weekends. What we love is that after the sandbar you can paddle up river and you will typically have it to yourself as far as you want to paddle. Pretty amazing.

This is a great little spot!! The owner was super nice and helpful! We didn’t get much time there (just one night to break up a long drive), but we loved it and can’t wait to come back and make it our destination!

Beautiful clean place, friendly host that makes sure you have an enjoyable stay. We definitely plan on returning.

Great area, water access! Kayaks available, firewood, small quiet area. Hosts were amazing!
