A great campsite for those seeking a wooded waterfront location. Loved it

What a fun campground! The beach was literally yards from our door. There is a pound with turtles and they provide turtle food for you. They also have kayaks and bikes available to borrow. The sites are roomy and level. The bathhouse was always clean with nice showers. The owners have a variety of kitchen utensils available to loan in the event you forgot something. They also had free veggies from their garden for anyone to take. Will absolutely stay here again when in the area!

My stay was wonderful. Very easy to get in there with a 33 foot rv. The only downside was that the water pressure was a little low. About 35 psi at my spot.

It was amazing , relaxing and Catherine was so nice and helpful. This is officially my favorite camp ground and I plan on visiting several times a year and may even get on the waiting list. Thanks Catherine! Lisa Burns

Great family run campground. Canoes, kayaks and floats available for use and just a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Cross Rip campground is such a beautiful and wonderful place to camp. We enjoyed our time there. We love the owners and the people we met there. We will be back🙏❤️

Beautiful and well-maintained campground. What I love is the shade covered beach, clean bathrooms and showers, the attentive owners and so much more. I usually solo camp with our kids and we always feel very safe. There was even a 4th of July campground potluck that all guest could attend. It’s just a fun and special place. There’s also a fishing pier and area to clean your fresh catch!

The campground was neat and tidy, the staff were friendly, and feeling the cooling bay breeze was delightful!

The campsite was well advertised and everything was clean and well stocked. Loved the beach area, pier, and large field for our dog!

Owner was very helpful and nice. Had a dead battery and she offered assistance. Van did finally start on its own, but she was willing to help. Small old time campground with no a lot of frills, but right on the Chesapeake Bay. Was very quiet and peaceful

Peaceful, well kept, beautiful water view. Several amenities like bikes, kayaks, fishing pier, beach, all for use of registered guests only. Staff was friendly and we felt very safe during our stay. Looking forward to returning soon!

This is a great spot with gorgeous views! Owners are very accommodating and friendly. We look forward to coming to this area every year.
