Cummins Ferry RV Resort and Marina — Reviews

Lovely campground, and we really enjoyed our stay. Very friendly staff, on Saturday they had a food truck and a band. Quiet, peaceful, hiking… we even put our paddleboards in the river and had a beautiful float. We are 50’ long. There is about a mile of curvy, hilly single lane road to get there. If you were to meet another camper, one of you would have to back up. They have check in and check out times you should pay attention to - to avoid having an issue with this. We did not have a problem, but were worried about it 😂. This is the only reason I did not give 5 stars.

Shortage of toilets for the number of campers, and showers water temperature

The campground was clean, well kept, and offered many amenities. It’s also in a beautiful location.

Sites were nice, staff was extremely friendly and willing to assist making sure you were setup with what you needed and my Aussie loved the hiking trails! Couldn’t ask for a better stay. We will definitely return!

Upon our arrival we had some very good assistance from a staff member helping us set up our RV so it would be level. However, I was somewhat disappointed after a tremendous rain storm (maybe 4-6 inches) that no one seemed to check on campers to see if everything was okay. On the plus side, this campground is in a beautiful setting and has a lot to offer whether it's activities or just sitting outside and relaxing. Note! The access road is pretty much a one-lane road. Departures and arrivals should be time accordingly to avoid meeting someone going the other way.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The site is well maintained. Bathhouse is spotless. Highly recommend.
