Level good sized spots, clean facilities

Friendly staff, very reasonable rates

Easy in and out pull through site. Nice grassy area next to the camper. Pool was great and the kids loved it and the play ground. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Mostly a full timer park that needs some TLC, however, it was a good location, with friendly residents and a nice pool.

The electric at the site fell below 100 volts every day triggering our generator to run during the day. Seasonal or permanent had full size 1000cc side by sides running through the park at high speeds then at 3 in the morning they were revving up the engines .

It made an okay overnighter but Cunningham Rv Park is not that special. There are quite a few abandoned vehicles and very old rvs in the park so it has that ambiance. The staff person was quite helpful.

It is mostly campers that live there and their places were run down. Vehicles sitting in spots that look trashy. Campers sitting with flat tires that haven’t been lived in for years. It was a perfect location for what I needed for this trip though.

Full hookups, water, electric and sewage. It’s an older park. I am a good Sam member but rv park would not honor my discount because I put the reservation through Campspot instead of calling in. Other wise I would’ve provided a 5 star rating. There are other parks that use Campspot and allow good Sam discount to be put in, not sure why this parent do that?

The electricity wasn’t very good. Our fridge wasn’t working there, but it fine at a new rv park.

Great campground! Lots of amenities and we'll organized. We got there late for check-in and they kindly left a packet on their office door for us with directions to our site. Will definitely stay there again if we have the opportunity!

Beautiful setting, lots of trees, gravel sites. Very quiet at night. Looks like a lot of full timers but they have transient spaces available. We’ll stay again.

This campground is well maintained, has a beautiful pool and is in a great location! They have the basics, showers, laundry and cold drinks in the office. We stayed a week and plan to return. I highly recommend this campground.

As others have noted, the sites are dirt and gravel, ours was very unlevel. The facilities are pretty old, the bathroom shower I used was in need of repair and looked unclean. It did have insane water pressure which was nice, almost a bit painful. OK for an overnight stay.

Nice clean park. Laundry, pool, bath house and park were all well maintained.

Too many old RV's and many broken down vehicles. This was mostly a community of long term residents. Website photos do not represent current condition and no lake/river that is in website photo. Pool was not filled during our two night stay. Checking in, I wouldn't describe it as a convenience store. It was dark so didn't notice inventory and it smelled like cigarette smoke. Didn't use restrooms, showers or laundry. The property needs a lot of work and should stop advertising as a campground.
