Richard is possibly one of the nicest man on planet earth. Yes, it's a bit of work in progress and he's doing all the work. It's super quiet, no street lights, in nature. It's not glamours so if you're looking for lux, this isn't your place.

16 sights and 15 of them are permanent residents. No office, someone who lived there showed us the only open sight. The sight was small. The bathroom needed better venting.
