Price entirely too high for the facilities.

The staff was quick to respond when we text them. The Rv park was quiet and we enjoyed all the grassy areas for our dogs. It’s in a good location and we will be back!

well, we didn’t expect it to be mostly long term camping. lots of road noise. might we suggest an updated camping spot choice map? there’s no way to tell which spot ur signing up for. u kinda randomly choose a number and then find out when u get there where it is. we would have chosen a spot farther from the road, had we been able to see the number of the spots on ur map.

Easy to make spot change, and they were quick to respond to our questions.

Did not know there were no bathrooms or shower. Did not know it was an asphalt parking lot in 100 degree weather. Could not stay.

I needed a space close to Fairview Tx and the RV site served the purpose. We sleep the 1st night in the park but was asked by friends to stay with them the other 2 nights. The site is totally asphalt , very little shade I could see but may still be trying to improve what it can develop in a more family oriented RV Park. I wish the best for you

The grass or mostly weeds, needed to be mowed and our spot backed up to a very busy, noisy highway. Spots on the other side might not have been so noisy. It worked for the short night we were there, but personally would not want to stay there long term.

For a quick stop this is very good for an overnighter. The spots are in very narrow parking lot like spots. No amenities except some WiFi. You are very close to Buc-ee’s.

No office, no restroom, no showers and the road noise was horrendous all day and all night.

Perfect for my needs. Close to highway, but still quiet. Close to shopping and Dallas. Buccees across the street!
