Bunkie Cabin
These cozy rustic cabins are a great way to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. They are nestled into the trees along the Pembina river with a small solar kit to run the lights and charge small items such as a phone. There is a nice 8' x 10' deck on the front of the cabin, fire pit and picnic table (bring your lawn chairs). This cabin will eventually have a wheel chair ramp for access onto the deck and will be reasonably wheel chair accessible to the main floor, there is unfortunately a ledge to get into the door where you will need to lift the chair over to get into the cabin.
These cabins are equipped with a 5 place setting, small camping bbq (propane available for sale at the general store or bring your own), small single butane burner ( butane available for sale at the general store or bring your own), cooking utensils, pot, pan, burner heated kettle, pour over coffee pot, water jug, wash pans, tea towels and wash cloths, dish soap, hand soap, can opener, broom, dust pan, garbage can and more.
Up in the loft is a queen size mattress and on the main floor is a double fold down futon couch and single pull out ottoman. ( Please bring your own bedding and pillows, mattresses will have a clean mattress protector). The cabins do not have running water or washroom facilities, there is a cabin specific portable toilet located outside of the cabin. Please bring your own drinking water. Potable water is available at the store or at the Washroom facility on the Riverside loop.
This cabin does not allow pets! A preauthorized $500.00 damage deposit is required on a valid credit card at time of arrival and will not be fully charged unless the cabin is found to be in disarray, items missing or damages caused. There are plastic mats for footwear and footwear must be removed upon entering the cabins. The cabins must be as they were when you arrived. A pre and post walk through with a staff member is required at time of check in and checkout, please allow sufficient time as this will be done as staff become available. .
These cabins are not heated at this time, should you wish to have heat you may bring a quiet generator and electric heater and we will connect the cabins to your generator.

There will be a $75.00 cancellation fee charged on all cancellations up to 8 days in advance, any cancellations made 7 days or less to your scheduled arrival will result in NO REFUNDS! Please call for any other questions you may have.
