It would have been five stars except the park is surfaced with small gravel not much bigger than grains of sand. It sticks to everything, especially when wet. It gets on your shoes and inside the camper. It is the type that will scratch the floors if scraped over. I must say if I were to pick something as the worst thing to use for a surface somewhere with high foot traffic, this stuff would be it. Everything else was great.

We understand that the site is still under construction but, it’s a nicely located site. We will have to come back when it’s fully finished.

The owner was fantastic, and communicated quickly and thoroughly with me, with any and all of my questions. Super satisfied with communication and customer service. What I didnt like was the steep grade of the entrance to the campground. It was late and we couldnt see well, so we didnt put it in 4 wheel drive before pulling up it. We spun and was having issues. The other thing I didnt like was that the camp site parking pad was cinder rock. It was very messy and we had wonders all over our feet and shoes, which means it was all over thr inside of our vehicle and camper. It was super quiet, but because of the mess of the parking area, we probably won't return.

The park is easy to access off the highway. Staff is extremely welcoming & kind. Park is spacious and easy to navigate, and the spots are large and well-kept. Facilities (laundry & ADA bathroom) are clean. We will 100% stay here again!!

Everything in the park was very well taken care of. Terry (the owner) couldn’t have been more accommodating. Very pleasant and easy going. It was quiet, but convenient to the interstate.

Nice place to stay on our way from Pennsylvania to WDW Fort Wilderness Resort via I-81 to I-95 to avoid I-95 Baltimore/Washington D.C. area. No frills but friendly operators and clean. The Berry Patch is just down the road and has local fruit and vegetables and food homemade ice cream. Stayed again on the way back home.

The only way to check in was on line, when we arrived the man that talked to us said he didn't know if everything was booked or not we needed to check in online. We were never given the code to the laundry room, until we found someone to ask. In the laundry room there was a washer and dryers, a handicapped restroom, and NO Showers!! This was the most expensive, camp ground we had stayed in on our 3 week trip. Luckily it was one night only

Near interstate, very convenient, little noise from the highway. Owner greeted us at site, very helpful with our camper. This is a new campground, so trees coming! Beautiful view anyway.

This was our first visit and we do plan to return. We enjoyed a nice, quiet long weekend with friends. The facility is very nice, the sites are clean and well spaced with all amenities needed.

Deer Ridge RV Park was the perfect spot for my family to take our new camper on its maiden voyage. Parking was a breeze, the amenities are plenty (electric, water, sewer, WIFI), but it’s the hospitality that stood out. Mr. Lewis is just wonderful! He made sure we were set and couldn’t be a nicer or professional host. Definitely recommend this quiet and friendly park.
