There was someone in our space when we arrived. Received a different space, to narrow for slides and not long enough for tow rig. We ended up leaving and was offered a refund but never received any. They would not return any of my phone calls. Very disappointed.

There's no place to walk your dog they don't answer their phones they don't call you back when you leave messages

The park was clean. Trash is picked up twice a week. The pool was not open nor was the laundromat. Close to public transportation. Lots of homeless in the area.

No laundry room, showers or pool was open. When we go there, we had to wait 2 hours for somebody to tell us our RV site number. Once we were in, it was all good. Nice people.

It was nice and quiet, even though the camp-spots are close together.

It was conveniently located to where we needed to be. It looked a little outdated but suitable for our needs that night.

Did not receive the code to get in the gate, luckily someone was entering and we followed. Poor communication regarding the office and restroom being under construction. Very tight spaces and had to move because there was no electricity at that site.

A little difficult to get in. Gated community which is great but no code for entrance until you check in. Address doesn't match with office. Staff nice, clean park no extras. Park not user friendly while pulling a trailer.

Was quiet, well kept. Just wish the amenities would have been open to use

When we got there, the office was closed and there was no information to tell us where we were scheduled to park. At 10:30 pm a maintenance person came and directed us to an open spot.

Friendly employees and neighbors. Gated and safe. Nice facilities.

Staff attitude was not helpful. Could not go out the first evening because we didn't get a gate code upon check in. Young man at the office, didn't even get out of his chair, give me any paperwork or a map of the RV park. No direction on how to get to my site location in a park that had well over 300 sites. Pure laziness!

Stayed for 1 night only. Convenient to freeway and to train. Spaces for short term stay are close to a business and there is a lot of noise, but it was a nice park and gated community so we felt safe.

We did not get confirmation showing the site we picked on our reservations. We went to the site near where we booked and they were all occupied. There was no one to talk to about this and the phone number given, no one answered. This place seems to cater to only long term residents. No support. We would like to get a refund as we could not use our reservation. We do not recommend this place.

When we arrived it took a while for you guys to figure out our spot, you also have no internet for short stays

The spot we reserved was not working properly. We reserved a 50 amp and it wasn’t . My husband fixed the water because the water was running out. Because of the electric not working we wasn’t able to stay in our camper for 2 nights. Monday morning we met with the manager (Rose) and she was very helpful snd got someone to fix the electrical problem and gave us 2 extra days stay. So our stay started out rough but it ended up being ok.
