Everything was pleasant except the campfire has to be extinguished by midnight.

Very friendly helpful staff

We have been going to Duck Neck Campground for 28 years. We have always loved it there. There have been great improvements and upgrades made in the last couple years. Some of the nitpicking, rules and enforcements, are a bit much. But overall, still love it.

Site Utilities all in working order. Site clean and maintained. Fire pit has nice concrete circle around it, could easily fit 10 or so people in chairs (all sites appeard to have this). Camp side of sites good size, off camp side a little tight (driver side slide outs come close to neighbors fire pit ring & picnic table). Nice little remote spot campground. Cell service was very limited so if your visit requires being well connected may be a concern. Bathhouse was not well maintained (not relevant to us as we have all we need in our RV )but did check them out. Stalls were not recently cleaned. Overall not a bad place.

We paid for Wi-Fi and it was a struggle to get anything on our phone or iPad

what a location! unbelievable sunsets, easy kayak access. maybe we were to early in the season but only 3 other RV's.

I took my son and his friends and it was prefect. Great location our site was awesome. Some WiFi challenges but the staff hooked us up so we could all connect. The dock was awesome and the boys loved taking out the boat. Pool was nice, crowded but nice. A very hot weekend so to be expected.

We absolutely love this campground, the staff were helpful and courteous. They recently updated the campground adding several beautiful concrete fire rings; opened up the sites so they are not so close; added a new pavilion with multiple fire pits and a new playground. We had a waterfront site and enjoyed amazingly sunsets over the water.

Nice, lucky it wasn’t crowded. Make sure you have a really good water filter

Very nice sites along the river. Our stay was relaxing.

It was nice and quiet- sites were well maintained, "neighbors" were wonderful- friendly but not overbearing. There was a storm but as soon as it passed through staff was canvassing the property cleaning up and making sure everyone was in good shape- they even inspected the pier after each high tide! Store needs more "Merch" so we can promote the place and add their magnet to our collection!

Pros- seasonal residents were friendly. River view was nice. Clean for the most part Cons- constant smell of garbage coming from the dumpster. (And we weren’t even near it) Transient campers not allowed to walk through the campground where seasonal residents are (as if it’s some elite club), small and awkward sites, zero overview when checking in, camp store lacks.

Our site was spacious and shady with a beautiful view. I do think you have to look closest what spot you select as they vary quite a bit. Large seasonal area but all the seasonal campers we spoke to were very friendly

Nice campground except the sites and roads needs stones or something to keep the dust and sand down.

Unfortunately we bought a place but when we arrived there, they gave us a different area. Their connection is very low. It is impossible to.connect with someone.Also, pool is very dirty.
