Small but very clean and neat campground close to all the activities we had planned.

A great little RV Resort just outside of Downtown Gatlinburg. We loved The BBQ Grills/Picnic Area/Gas Fire Pits ...

Overall this place was clean and everyone friendly. We stayed in site 22. It was next to the road and lots of road noise, but we made the best of it and enjoyed the time there. I would definitely return for another stay.

Very friendly people got to see a bear almost every day. Wash rooms were very nice and pool was clean

Love the campground. We stayed 2 weekends in a row.

Good location close to downtown Gatlinburg and grocery store. Clean level sites with FHU, pool, laundry and bath house all very clean. Free trolley stop at camp ground even though we didn't use it was nice to have.

This is a very nice and clean campground just a few minutes outside of downtown Gatlinburg. Nice trees throughout the sites. If you don’t want to park in town there is a stop for the free trolley right at the campground. Just on the other side of downtown you are in the National Park. Location is excellent!!! Many of the sites have a small stream right behind them. As we travelled around each day we saw lots of campgrounds but none we would rather stay at.

First and foremost the staff Lisa was amazingly helpful and friendly. For sure makes a stranger welcome. The facility is very clean and quiet at night. Has a family atmosphere. The only complaint that I have and I still gave it a five was the internet. Was unable to watching movie due to the internet buffering and was not able to pick up our antenna. Where's the bear apparently there had been a bear that roamed through the campsite per other campers. Been a bear showed up the next morning and staff made sure everyone was safe.

Very clean, beautiful landscaping, and very convenient to downtown Gatlinburg and hiking trails.

Absolutely relaxing stay. Staff was amazing and very kind. Also got to see a few bears in the area which in my opinion was pretty cool.
