Eagle Point Campground — Reviews

wIfi is listed as a part of the deal but is so spotty it is almost non existent. All a person needs is to get local news for morning or evening fishing but if the wind blows or the sky is cloudy you can not get service. The park itself is clean, friendly and well kept.

Bathrooms not great. Wifi was decent. No office or wood on site.

The camper site was level, city response to our dripping faucet was immediate, clean bathroom, and attractive I liked that it mostly had small sites so our AFrame was not overpowered by big rigs.

Loved the two camp sites we had very private. Right by the lake. Not far from bathrooms.

The site was great. The bathrooms weren’t cleaned the entire time I was there. Both toilets were dirty and the back one barely filled with water.

Biggest complaint is A lot of traffic, people launch there boats otherwise the trail was nice to explore. The lake was clear kids enjoyed swimming in it , wasn’t deep until we found the public one down the street. Much better , Bathroom clean, every site was full.

Just a pleasant spot to camp.

Location is nice, but there were streetlights directly above our two campsites that felt like spotlights all night making it difficult for our families to sleep. Very few rv aites were level. Quiet time was respected by all camper over the weekend which was nice

We were told there was Wifi and it was so bad all the days we were there we could not watch the news in the morning or anything the day it was raining. If the camp ground says it has internet then it should good internet no matter where you are parked.

Very nice by the lake, only complaint is site 24 don't have water hookup but found water to fill up rv so worked out.

It was a beautiful spot and great facilities!

Was great. Fit my 40ft travel trailer just fine. No sewers. Super close to lakes. Lots of fun things to do near by. Will be back next year. Excellent Wi-Fi. And Verizon and Att have service.

Very clean, and very quiet. We will definitely stay here again!

Really nice park, run by the City of Cumberland. Great lake, nice size and plenty busy with boaters, swimmers, visitors, families gathering, etc. There is W&E at RV sites with exception of site 24, just E. Dump station available. Tent sites are also available. Quiet for the most part, nice grounds to walk around or just sit and take in the Beaver Dam Lake. Only 5 mins into town for anything necessary, including a laundromat.
