  WATERFRONT CABIN 4

  Cabin 4 is our largest cabin with all the rustic ambiance Echo Lake Resort has to offer. Inside, the generous kitchen and family room with large south facing windows is where everyone will gather around the large table for games and telling stories, warmed by heat from the wood stove. Cabin 4 has two bedrooms with a double bed in one room and two doubles with a twin bunk above in the other, making it very popular with families & small groups of friends. In the morning, while the sun rises over the pristine lake, take a few minutes to listen to the loons call and watch for eagles diving for their breakfast. It doesn’t get any better than relaxing on the south facing deck in our blue chairs! Cabin 4 offers plenty of space outside at the picnic table on the deck where a large BBQ awaits your creativity. The campfire area is beside the deck and sturdy stairs descend thirty feet down to your private dock and shoreline. Cabin 4 is approximately 640 sq ft divided into two bedrooms and one main living space. It has two-bedrooms: a double bed in one room and two doubles with a twin bunk above one in the other for 7 people (included occupancy). Cabin 4 can sleep up to 9 using the futon sofa bed (extra charges apply). As with all of our cabins, beds are provided with fitted bottom sheets and the futons are covered. Guests need to bring top sheets, blankets or sleeping bags & pillows. Guests with dogs need to bring a blanket for their pet to be on the bed or futon. Cabin 4 is heated by a wood stove; please note kindling and wood are provided for the inside wood stove only. An electric heater and a cooling fan are also provided for additional comfort. The kitchen is equipped with a 30” propane 4-burner stove & oven and a large (18 cu ft) refrigerator with freezer. Cold, drinkable, filtered well water at the sink and all basic kitchen cookery is provided for heating water and making delicious meals. Outside, the deck has a wooden picnic table, four deck chairs, and a BBQ (propane included). A campfire ring is located beside the cabin and Campfire firewood can be purchased at the Store. You are welcome to bring an outside propane firepit instead of burning wood and propane can be purchased at the Store. Behind the cabin you’ll find a private outhouse for your convenience and our central Wash House is by the Store with hot showers and flush toilets. Parking for up to three vehicles or two vehicles and one small boat trailer is on the cabin driveway. Our Cabins are all ‘housekeeping’ which means guests: - bring and prepare their own meals using provided kitchen cookery and utensils or their own, - bring bedding of their choice such as pillows, sleeping bag or blankets (bottom fitted mattress sheet is provided), - bring bath/beach towels, dish cloths and kitchen towels, and - complete light housekeeping (clean dishes, sweep floor) before checking out.   WATERFRONT CABIN 3

  Cabin 3 is our sunshine cabin, facing south and perched almost over the water. A two-bedroom cabin with a queen bed in one room and a double with twin bunk above in the other, Cabin 3 is very popular with families & small groups of friends. For extra comfort, cozy up to the wood stove. Relax on the deck, play games at the picnic table, enjoy meals on the BBQ and have a campfire in the evening. Our blue deck chairs can be moved to take advantage of the sunny dock & deck and shady campfire area, perfect for reading or watching the kids play. A twenty-foot sloped path takes you to the shoreline with room to pull up your paddleboard & lake toys and a private dock to tie up a small boat. Cabin 3 is approximately 360 sq ft in size (with the same layout as Cabin 5) divided into two bedrooms and one main living space.   Cabin 5 is truly in the trees with the front deck built around a towering Douglas Fir! Families and small groups love Cabin 5 for its space and location near Cabins 4 and 6. As all of our cabins are oriented to face the lake, Cabin 5 feels private and faces southeast for one of the best morning sunrise views at the Resort. For extra comfort, cozy up to the wood stove. Cabin 5’s deck area is a refuge where lunch can be enjoyed at the picnic table and the BBQ is always ready for your meal ideas. A couple of steps to the campfire area and from there, a fifty-foot downhill, natural path leads you to the shoreline with room to beach your lake toys and a private dock to tie up a small boat. Cabin 5 is approximately 360 sq ft in size (with the same layout as Cabin 3) divided into two bedrooms and one main living space.   Cabin 6 beckons you to ‘Cabin Row’ where you’re the closest to the main boat launch and Wash House while being fully in the trees overlooking the lake. Small families and couples love retreating to this cabin with its charming layout and old-world feel. Truly, Cabin 6’s sunrise view is worth waking early for! The deck expands the feeling of connecting to nature with a picnic table and BBQ and blue deck chairs to enjoy the campfire area. Sixty feet down a sloped path from the cabin is the lake and your own private dock. Cabin 6 is approximately 275 sq ft in size divided into a main living space with an open bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed with a twin bunk overhead and a separate twin bed beside for 4 people (included). Cabin 6 can sleep up to 6 using the futon sofa bed (extra charges apply). As with all of our cabins, beds are provided with fitted bottom sheets and the futons are covered. Guests need to bring top sheets, blankets or sleeping bags & pillows.   Our most secluded hideaway, Cabin 1 sits sheltered by large trees down a little road in a small bay of the lake. Wake up in your double bed and look directly out at the best waterfront view down Echo Lake! Stoke up the cozy wood fireplace while the coffee’s brewing in your stovetop percolator and enjoy it on your private deck in our comfy chairs. The deck includes a wooden picnic table and space to sit to enjoy meals prepared on the BBQ. A twenty-foot gently sloped path takes you to the shoreline & private dock. Cabin 1 has the best sunset views. At night, star watching and s’more making from your campfire is a must! Cabin 1 is a one room cabin approximately 175 sq ft in size and popular with couples and solo travelers. Included occupancy is 2 person and up to 2 extra people can be added for an extra $10 per person per night. There is one double bed and one futon that folds down into a double bed. As with all of our cabins, beds are provided with a fitted bottom sheet and the futon is covered. Guests need to bring sheets, blankets or sleeping bags, and pillows.   Cabin 2 is our sole log cabin and one of the oldest at the Resort. Its charming, rustic appeal is enhanced by the wood stove and porch kitchen. After a great sleep in the comfy double bed, spend the morning on the deck surrounded by trees & water. Morning time is one of the best times to see fish jumping and the resident ospreys and eagles out hunting. The deck includes a wooden picnic table and our blue deck chairs to sit to enjoy meals prepared on the BBQ. A forty-foot downhill path takes you to the shoreline & private dock. Cabin 2 faces west for incredible sunset views down the lake right from your firepit. Cabin 2 is a one room cabin approximately 245 sq ft in size and popular with couples & solo travelers. Included occupancy is 2 people and up to 2 extra people can be added for an extra $10 per person per night. There is one double bed and one futon that folds down into a double bed.   Cabin 7 is the ‘youngest’ of the cabins, before the 80s, it was the swimming change house and then transformed into a sweet little one room cabin retreat. It's located right between the Resort’s Swim Dock and Cabin 3. You’ll have more sunshine at Cabin 7, waking up in your double bed to the view of Denison Mountain directly across from the large windows. Stepping out onto your deck for morning coffee, it’s only twenty steps to the shoreline and private dock. Cabin 7 is a one room cabin approximately 180 sq ft in size. Included occupancy is 2 person and up to 2 extra people can be added for an extra $10 per person per night. It has one double bed and the futon can fold down into a double bed. As with all of our cabins, the beds is provided with a fitted bottom sheet and the futon is covered. Guests need to bring sheets, blankets or sleeping bags, and pillows. Guests with dogs need to bring a blanket for their pet to be on the bed or futon. Cabin 7 has an electric heater and a cooling fan is also provided for your comfort.   PREMIUM WATERFRONT CAMPSITE

  Our beautiful Premium Waterfront Campsite has it all- space, privacy, and a dock! The campsite has large trees overhead, room for several tents or two small trailers, which makes it perfect for families [8 people included in the nightly rate; up to 2 additional people can be added for $10/ night per person]. Two picnic tables, two campfire rings, a private outhouse and garbage cans, plus power for trailer lights and fridge. As there is only one entrance to PWC, drivers pull ahead of the site entrance and back in trailers. To exit, drivers head staright out of PWC and drive around 'Cabin Row' looping back towards the Store. Picnic tables can be moved but campfire rings are not to be moved. This site is powered with 20Amp plug (bring your 25' extension cord) or use a quiet inverter generator (run hours between 9-11am & 6-8pm only). A well water faucet is located nearby for convenient water fill ups. The lake is accessible by walking down the hillside, please note that this part of Echo Lake's natural shoreline has tree roots, some rocks, is steep, and to use caution.   CAMPING CABIN

  Camping Cabins 8 & 9 are ‘bunkie hideaways’ located off water* above the lake overlooking Cabin Row. Placed side by side, these small Camping Cabins have beautiful partial lake views and receive dappled shade from the forest. Each camping cabin will sleep two people in the lower double bed and up to two children in the loft double bed. The camping cabins are on level ground, making it easy to park, unload, and start enjoying the picnic table, campfire ring and our cozy chairs. Bring your camping gear, including cooking gear and water containers, sense of adventure, and we’ll provide the shelter to start enjoying the mountains, forest and lake! *Please note, Camping Cabins are off lake and do not have kitchens, running water, or private outhouses. Each Camping Cabin is approximately 110 sq ft in size and has one double bed for 2 adults and one loft double bed (up a straight ladder with a low ceiling) for children (over 3 years old and under 14 years old). As with all of our cabins, beds are provided with fitted bottom sheets. Guests need to bring top sheets, blankets or sleeping bags & pillows. Guests with dogs need to bring a blanket for their pet to be on the lower bed (pets are not permitted in the loft bed). Camping Cabins have electric heat and an interior light with one plug to recharge devices. There is a small table and chairs and windows on all sides. Outside, a picnic table, campfire ring, and two deck chairs are provided. Campfire firewood is available to purchase from the Store. You are welcome to bring an outside propane firepit instead of burning wood, and propane can be purchased at the Store. Camping Cabins are ‘housekeeping’ and guests will use the provided broom to sweep the floor and place all garbage in the outside bins before checking out. Beside each Camping Cabin there is parking for one vehicle and small boat trailer. At check-in, guests with watercraft can arrange to pull to shore near the boat launch or leave their boat on the trailer at the launch area. The nearest outhouses are approximately two hundred feet away by the playground and the central Wash House is approximately four hundred feet away.   FOREST TENT SITE

  Site 12 is special! It’s in the trees opposite the water, providing shade and space. Oval shaped (48’ long x 16’ wide), with room for a big tent and parking for a vehicle on the sloped entrance. Site 12 is a short walk to the water access pathway between Sites 4 and 5 where boats can be pulled to shore.

  WATERFRONT BACK-IN RV SITE

  Our Waterfront Campsites (Sites 1-9, 11*) are flat gravel sites, each with a natural path to the lake edge where you can pull a small fishing boat to shore and walk in to swim. The Sites are open to each other with trees and foliage at the shoreline that provide a little shade from the warm Okanagan sun; think of it as beach front camping. Between Sites 4 & 5 is a small beach for lounging and everyone is welcome to access the water here. The Sites are measured from the sign post right to the next sign post (see diagram). Trailers must be backed in, bumper towards the water, and the vehicle must park on the site. There is very limited parking for extra vehicles. As there is only one entrance to this campground, drivers circle around at Site 9 and back in at their site. Picnic tables can be moved but campfire rings are not to be moved. These sites are unpowered, bring your solar panels or quiet inverter generator (run between 9-11am & 6-8pm only). Drinking water faucet is located by Site 1 for tank (bring your hose) and container fill ups. Outhouses and garbage/recycling containers are located mid point in the campground. *Site 11 is a true ‘end spot’ nestled between the upper road and Site 10 making this our most private waterfront Campsite. Popular for tenting with sheltering trees for shade and rain cover or back in your small trailer (22’ or smaller, absolutely no slideouts). Site 11 is long and narrow (30’ deep x 13’ wide) with vehicle parking beside the entry adjacent the hillside.

  WATERFRONT TENT SITE

  Site 10 is our most popular tenting site with the best sunset view down Echo Lake is perched on a small hill at the end of the campground. A flat hilltop approximately 24’ in diameter with campfire ring, picnic table, and room to set up awaits you. Parking for your vehicle is on the slope up to the site. The lake is accessible by walking down the hillside, please note that our natural shoreline has tree roots, some rocks, and can be steep in places. There is room on the shoreline to pull a small boat or watercraft to shore.

  FOREST BACK-IN RV SITE

  Our Forest Campsites (Sites A-D) are flat gravel sites open to each other and bordered by trees that provide afternoon shade from the warm Okanagan sunshine. Sites A-D are located in the same Campground as the two Camping Cabins which makes them a popular group camping option. Just add a couple of BBQs and outdoor camp kitchen and your whole family will have plenty of space. The Sites are measured from the sign post right to the next sign post (see diagram). Trailers must be backed in, bumper towards the fenceline, and the vehicle must park at the site. To ensure there’s a clear roadway, there is very limited parking for extra vehicles. As there is only one entrance to this campground, vehicles drive in and back trailers into their site or back down from the Store road and into the Campground. At check in, please ask for parking directions, and it’s a good idea to walk to the site to plan out your parking strategy. Guests with boats to launch and/ or trailers can launch and park their trailer at our boat launch. Boats can be pulled to shore by the launch as Sites A-D are off-water. Boats and watercraft cannot be tied to the main dock or left at the Swim Dock by Cabin 7. At the Site, picnic tables can be moved but campfire rings are not to be moved. **Please note Site D has a camping platform with overhead awning and only small trailers, truck campers, and tents will fit at this site. No trailer awnings can be used as the firepit is located close by. The sites are powered with a shared 20A plug (Sites A&B and C&D are grouped). Bring a regular 50’ extension cord or use a quiet inverter generator (run hours between 9-11am & 6-8pm only). Absolutely no air conditioning units may be run, the power grid cannot support these units. Garbage and recycling containers are located mid point in the campground. The nearest Outhouses are 200m away opposite the Playground and our central Wash House (flush toilets & hot showers) is up beside the Store approximately 300m away.
