Euharlee Creek Campground at Frankie Harris Park — Reviews

First ever camping in an RV. Everything worked and the campground is a peaceful spot in a cool town. The Drowned Valley microbrewery food trucks were a nice treat.

We had such a wonderful stay at Euharlee Creek Campground where we had a full hook-up RV spot. From the moment we arrived, everything felt peaceful and welcoming. The site itself was spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully laid out – it was easy to settle in and truly relax. What really made the experience stand out were the hosts. They were incredibly friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We could tell they genuinely cared about making our stay a great one. Bonus: the surrounding area is packed with things to do. We especially loved Joe Cowan Park that had well-maintained tennis and pickleball courts – perfect for staying active during the trip. We’ll absolutely be coming back and highly recommend the Euharlee Creek Campground to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable RV experience!

It is very quiet and clean. I enjoyed my stay. The only problem was that I had campsite number 15 reserved and paid the little extra to guarantee the site. When I arrived someone was in that spot and when I looked at my phone again, I had been changed to another spot. The guarantee was not a guarantee.

Nice park, very peaceful. We were in site 21 for almost a week. Not much space immediately on our site because of the little ‘hill’ we were on, but tons of space nearby to walk and play with our pup.

A beautiful clean park well laid out lots of space around the campsite and very polite people to deal with. We had a wonderful day.

Quiet and very nature immersive spot

The campground was so clean, beautiful, and quiet! The camp hostess was very accomodating and helped me change dates when I had booked the wrong nights. This place is a great stopping point halfway from Indiana to Florida!

Small campground, host never returns call or text, host is hardly there. Nice bathrooms but people have problems leaving the door open to it which makes it very cold. Clean restroom and showers but could be cleaned more often. I’ve swept the bathroom several times while I stayed. Seems you can do just about anything you want my neighbor washes his vehicle.

Everything was great except the laundry was out of service. We wouldn't normally need it for a three night stay but we would've used it this time. We also happened to have the last spot close to the bridge and there was a bright street light that shined right on our camper all night. That was just an unfortunate choice on our part. But overall we liked the site. The campground is nice and quiet with a lot of interesting things to look at and nice places to walk. It's very pretty. We would stay again.

The check in/out process was easy. The campground was pretty quiet and walking distance to the Euharlee Covered Bridge. The area is clean, has clean amenities, games at the covered pavilion like Cornhole, and a walking trail.

Good experience, nice location no complaints

We really enjoyed being in a smaller campground. Very friendly and helpful management. Laid back atmosphere and really quiet !!

Great bathrooms, walking distance to new brewery and local bakery. Very accommodating

We love the campground. The only disappointment was the trailer spot behind ours was extremely close and there was no flat area in spot 26 to be able to put a small dog fence.

Great park with a great bathhouse in a great area, but the spot lights and closeness of sites gives it 4 stars instead of 5.
