There is so much to do for little kids, such as a clean resort. We go every year. Nice swimming pool and splash pad, lake with inflateables, clean water and sand. Train rides for everyone all weekend and cool activities put on by Miranda!

Our site was perfect & easy to back into. everyone was so friendly and helpful. definitely will be back next year!

This resort is top notch. We go every year the same week and there’s always improvements to the guest experience each year. The staff is always nice and helpful. The whole family looks forward to “Chippys” for all this has to offer. The beach is a must do!!

Had a great time, nice fun activities and great staff! Will stay again, great place for family fun!

Lots of amenities which helps to keep the kids busy, great Halloween spirit around the grounds, really nice staff, meat and kid raffles were fun, good food, multiple dump stations, quiet hours were actually enforced. we will be back!

Pro(s): Lots to see, lots to do, friendly staff! Con(s): a little overwhelming with so many kiddos unsupervised everywhere. Hard to get place to place even with a golf cart because of the number of people walking around in the middle of the road. (No fault of Evergreen! People are just people.) My only other Con is the Wi-Fi/signal issues. Pretty much 0 reception with my Verizon carrier, and the Wi-Fi was garbage all weekend. Really, this is a well maintained, clean and modern camp ground! I would recommend you give it a try!

The amenities were as expected. The pools, lake, game room, and playgrounds were exactly what we expected when we booked and my daughter had a blast. Our issue was with the cabin we rented. I think it had something to do with the air conditioner, but my entire family had sore swollen throats and congestion after a few hours in the cabin. We only stayed one night and had the cabin from 3 pm to 11 am. We only used it to sleep and change clothes and we all ended up sick with horrible congestion and coughing now a week later. It was absolutely the cabin as we all felt relief when we would walk out of the cabin. We rented a cabin because I've had heat exhaustion before and wanted something with ac in case I was too warm. But I don't know how we can return. I won't put my family through that again.

I absolutely love the cleanliness of this campground the staff was wonderful and nice. The pool was to die for with the accommodations for all ages. The down fall I wish I would have known was the first few W/S/E sites are COMPLETELY unshaded you are out to bake in the sun ALL day long. It’s like first 1A-1F sites. With 3 young kids and a dog this made it hard to enjoy our site itself. There was also one other thing that keep this from getting a 5 star and that’s how high the waste pipe is, this make it difficult for clean tank dumping and a very messy experience. If you stay here which I would highly encourage people to do just be sure to pay a little extra to pick your spot or get the premium pull through as those definitely look with the money.
