Excellent, clean, beautiful, quiet, friendly. Would love to stay here again if we return to Oxnard. And gated, private, safe.

Very nice park, very good WiFi for streaming!! Very well maintained a clean facility, kinda hard to find in a high traffic area, but manageable!!! Great people!!

Nice park that is a little tight but I didn’t have much problem getting my Super C parked. I was running a little late and received a call from the office checking to see if I would arrive before they left, very much appreciated.

Location is safe, clean.

Stayed here two nights as base camp for visit to Channel Islands National Park. This very clean and well-maintained RV park was very family friendly.

Very poor, Office closing hours did no match the info we were sent, The email we received to confirm our booking stated the office closed at 5.30 PM , But when we arrived at 4.55 PM the office was already closed and a sign on the door saying office closes at 5.00PM, so we had no key cards for access to the toilets, We called the after hours number but had no call back. It was only by luck at about 7.30 PM we saw some return to the office and then was able to get a key card to the toilets/showers, Then we were surprised when were told we would have to pay extra for shower tokens.

We arrived after the people in the office were gone. With a code we could enter the park. We didn’t have a token to enter the bathrooms, that was a pity. We stayed only one night, it was very kind that the amount we payed already was geven back without asking.

Everything was great , except for check in was slightly challenging.

Very strange place if you are a drop in couple of nights user as we were. Obviously a lot of people stay here a long time or live here permanently. Very strange experience trying to use the bathrooms. After we checked in we tried and found the bathrooms locked. Went back to the office and were told we needed a card (why not give us it at check in?) but had to leave a 10 dollar deposit to get the card to get into the bathrooms. Went back again to use the showers and found you need a token to use them. Luckily office was still open and we were able to get some tokens, but why make it so hard? Campsite itself is ok but more of a long term stay than a camping spot if you are travelling. On the plus side the Mexican takeaway next door was unbelievable!!

People were friendly, but very small rv park with few amenities.

The place is clean and nice, and the staff is kind and helpfull. However, in one shower the light did not work and in the other no coins were accepted. In addition, no one told us that the showers will be closed at 21:00. At the end, none of us got a shower :-(

They gave you one key for the only one bathroom that they have on site . And they close the bathroom at 9pm Also you have to buy tokens for the shower and they are being sold only at the office which closes at 5pm .

Would like the spaces a little more farther apart.

Convenient park in Oxnard, right off the 101 while traveling up the California coast. Stayed just overnight, tight driving inside the park but spaces we large enough to back in and getting out. Entrance was a bit difficult to find but once having it figured out was easy after that.

The Park ist very Clean and well maintained. Washers and dryers can be used without quarters and can be paid by App. Quiet easy. The Manager was very friendly and helpful to us.
