Great time to keep the family entertained for days in one spot

Well organised, clean, pretty RV site. Hot springs which is close by is very nice with hot cold pools. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Could be a bit cheaper. Grandparents and 3 grandchildren.

Had a great time in the campground. Staff were good. Spent time relaxing in the pools and the spa at the resort. Will definitely return in the future.

We had a very enjoyable time at Fairmont. The addition of the beautiful flower pots across the bridge and throughout area really made the stay special. Our spot was nice and well maintained

Nice camp site, friendly manager, quiet and so close to the lovely hot pools.

Very nice stay overall. Feel the price is a bit high for value. Family activities as part of the resort are great, but prizes have really declined - used to play candy bar bingo with the family and get a full size candy bar as a prize. Now down to 2 or 3 gummy worms.

The staff were very friendly, other campers were very friendly ! Our site was not nice at all. No grass. No shade at all. And so close we might as well have sat at the picnic table of our neighbours. Had no room to move. Way too close but it did the trick for a night i guess

Super Clean, quiet and friendly staff. Phenomenal views.

Place was great. Only issue was the wifi at the premium mountain view sites was horrible. Could never connect to it.

This is our third year in a row coming to Fairmont hot springs camp ground and I always had a great time. This year we were nit pleased I found the bathrooms dirty and smelly this year. And I was very upset went your staff confiscated our coolers from our site We had left for the day but we did leave someone behind to watch our stuff including coolers but she was on her site right next to us. And your staff still took our coolers Every night we put our coolers in the truck emptied our garbage and did not leave any food outside we were very aware of animals in the area. I felt taking our coolers were unnecessary and excessive. This has impacted our decision to return next year to your campground. We will be looking elsewhere

Great location, well manicured sites, and of course the hot spring pools were amazing! Plus the mountain views all around, next trip already booked.
