This was the only site during our two week stay in Canada that described itself as 'deluxe'. Unfortunately, this was a complete oversell for a site where we were parked on a track in the middle of a field. Getting in and out to hook up facilities walked mud and cut grass into the RV. Also we were by a train track and could hear trains passing and hooting all night plus traffic from Route 1. On the plus side, the person who greeted us was very pleasant and helpful.

The campsite was nice. The people were very nice. They were having water and sewer issues so we ran off our fresh tank and didn’t dump. But issues happen so not a big deal. She did call us and let us know to come full of water and told us where we could fill up.

Friendly owners. They take care of the place very well. Spacious sites with fire pits and lush green grass. Hot showers. Nice size pool and 6 ft on the deep end. Great for all family members. Looking forward to our next stay!
