What a top notch place to camp & glamp; stayed in Yurt #1 and it was a great stay. I car camped here during Easter too & it was terrific.
To improve on: the space heater was substandard to heat the yurt, but I had an electric blanket that took care of the cold nights.
I would have given 5 stars except: The first night, I was smoking in my car, and the mgmt drove up & parked directly behind my car w headlights full blast. I got out & waved but no answer. Got back in the car (it was not against the rules to smoke in my car), while these ppl sat behind us w their headlights & after solid 10min of this, they went away. Why did the camp mgmt do this? I know it was them as the truck was recognizable.
Also, there is no obvious, helpful place to drop the yurt key off when it is off hours. So I hung it on the camp mgr camper door.
Will stay again, but didn’t like these aspects of the stay I had after Remembrance Day. Maybe rectify the fixable items & behaviour.
