We loved this park and will definitely be back! This new park is on Route 66 in downtown Flagstaff. We were in site 5 on the lower level. The site was gravel, very level and had a nice cement patio area behind the rig. This is a nice design touch rather than most RV parks where you are sitting next to your neighbors sewer hookups. The park is very clean with onsite management visible through the day. The market at the front of the property has delicious pizza made in house and local beer on tap. On several nights we enjoyed the large fire pit (propane) behind the market. The dog park is meticulously clean and has a very secure double gated fence.

Overall exceptional and worth the price! Easy to locate. Loved the campsite especially the patio that overlooked the city. Modern and very clean showers and bathrooms. Pizza served on site was delicious. Staff were very friendly. Plan to visit again when in the area! Thank you!

The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The site was very clean, tidy and smart. Restroom facilities were very good. Other guests staying there were friendly to us. The site is straightforward to get to.

The problem I had there was I heard trains all night long. Every 10 to 15 minutes train we’re going and it sounded like they were right by our trailer. I’m sorry, but it was very hard to not be woke up by all the trains.

Clean, nice campground perfectly located in Flagstaff near downtown. Staff was very friendly. Only suggestion I have is to put some grass in the dog park area. My pup wasn’t a fan of the rocks to do her “business “ lol.

Friendly and fast check-in. Super clean sites, showers and bathrooms. Only downside is a bit of noise from the railroad nearby.

Excellent new facility. Best showers I have seen in a RV park. Great patio next to a market for drinks and supplies. Laundry room onsite. My kids played soccer and tennis against the back wall of our spot and loved it. Will definitively come here next time we are in Flagstaff.
