Beautiful area, very well kept, trash pickup service, friendly people, just wonderful all around!!

Basically a trailer park with resort in the name.

This place is very peaceful and a good place to relaxes. They had a tornado hit the park about 3 months ago, they have done a great job getting the campground back together, they still have a lot work, it’s still a very nice place and their staff was friendly and amazing when it comes to customer service

We really loved the campground. Sites were spacious and it’s on a lake. The people that run it are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Definitely will return.

We were very late getting into the campground due to some issues that kept us from leaving on time. The lady in the office, I did not get her name, was very accommodating when I called to let her know we would be late, very late. She gave us a very nice pull-through site that was level and we left the RV hooked to the truck and went to bed. The next day we woke up to a beautiful view of the lake and the day started off great. Thanks Florida Caverns RV Resort for going out of the way to make our visit very enjoyable.

In January 2024, the campground suffered a direct tornado strike. I was disappointed this information wasn’t disclosed during booking. Their rates do not reflect their current diminished capabilities. That said, our stay was pleasant. It was obvious the owners had recently invested heavily in modernizing the campground prior to the tornado and they were working hard to clear the rumble while doing their best to continue operating. The staff was friendly and respectful. Our Premium site included full hookups and a level concrete pad, with a great view for class As. Marianna is a old fashion Florida town with all the modern amenities. I wish Florida Cavern RV Resort well and encourage them to update their description in their listing. They have an amazing story to share.

Very quiet and peaceful. Had a great time relaxing.

The cabin had nothing in it; no silverware, dishes, coffee maker, pans, pots, towels, sheets, NOTHING! The bed was very uncomfortable, only one light in the kitchen/sitting area, only one chair at the kitchen table. Every single window blind was broken & at night, one could see inside if the lights were on. The price was high for what we received - 2 nights at almost $400. This is actually too bad because it was on a pretty lake and had much to offer like a clubhouse & gym. Everyone was very nice and the cottage/cabin itself was just right (except for the lack of everything and the truly terribly uncomfortable bed). I would never recommend Florida Caverns RV Resort unless you come in an RV. PS It would cost very little to outfit these little cabins.

Wish I could have gave a 5, there was a lot of great qualities, clean, spacious spots, Awesome WIFI., grounds upkeep was awesome. On premise gas and convenience store. The items understandably out of control were heavy road noise, nearby outdoor shooting, motorcycle dirt track just a bit too much noise for full relaxation. Otherwise the stay was awesome, staff very friendly.

Clean cabins and campsites, friendly hosts and wonderful location to the caves.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Everyone was very helpful and polite. I definitely plan on going back.

Other than the AC in my RV not properly working and it taking about 5 different ppl 30 minutes to get it turned on, everything was fine. My suggestion would be to make sure that stuff is on and working and the guests have a proper manual on it before the guests arrive to minimize frustration. The grounds were well kept, the staff was friendly and the millpond was beautiful. The RV I rented was clean and nice, but the AC was super loud, and make sure you bring your own sheets, pillows, and towels. I’m not sure if this is listed on the website but I’m glad I did bc I wasn’t sure what to expect.
