Gateway RV Campground — Reviews

The facilities were top notch and even had a pigeon forge trolley stop right out front, which was perfect. It was a great value and we are definitely planning to stay again next time we come to town.I would have to say the only downside was that the concrete pads were not level and we had to use quite a few layers of leveling blocks to get Close enough to level to be satisfied.

Very nice park. Did not spend much time in the park as there was way too much to do in the area. Loved the smokey mountain area and will be back!

We had a great week at Gateway! Of course we were busy with all the local activities during the day, but we always ended our day with some time in the pool! The office staff was very accommodating when we asked to change to a larger unit.

Everything was better then expected

Wonderful site, pool looked amazing with hot tub. Staff very cordial and when we needed something fixed they jumped up and did it right away. Close to the main drag and far enough to not hear the cars.

Clean campground with good facilities. Close to town and Dollywood.

The sites not level so had to air level a 40’ Allegro Bus for 2 weeks. The landscape mower dinked our bus in 3 places & put dinks in our slide emergency window. Mower had safety up when mower which let stones & debris hit the rv. Campground was contacted & they offered us $300 to take care of dinks. We refused & now we have to get two estimates for repairs that will be submitted to their property manager. So unknown what results will be. Also, we had tornado warnings while at the park & asked the office where to tornado shelter was & they never got back to us.

Our stay was very relaxing. Quiet, safe, and beautiful campground.

Easy after hours arrival. Great staff. Used the trolley and found it easy to get out without a car.

The park was, clean, quiet, and near all the attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Our spot was lovely and because of the time of year we had no one on either side....so very quiet and peaceful.

Clean and sawer

Not a campground! This is RV only. You will not like being woken at 8am each morning by the garbage trucks nor will you love the continuous leaf blowers throughout the day. Campsite is settled on a major road with no trees or privacy.
