Genoa RV Park — Reviews

No bath house facilities. Website did not state the facilities were being updated until after the reservation was made. We would have stayed elsewhere had accurate information been provided up front.

While the park has limited amenities, it was great for an overnight stay. The camp manager helped me after hours to charge my battery on my toad. Very helpful and friendly. The property is clean.

Well lit park, easy access, great overnight parking , friendly staff.

The only thing that would have made it better would be a dog park, some dogs dont like to do their business on a leash.

For a quick stop, the campsite was very good. Clean and plenty of hot water. There was also a small pavilion and grills. Also, the ground for tent camping was flat and relatively soft. Bonus for kids, there was a playground across the road.

Shower needed a new handle

Besides the fact that there is always room too improve, we did find what we were looking for. This was our second time staying at the Genoa campground. The only concerns/complaints, a key code on the bathrooms. The water connections specifically were so low to the ground and far from other utilities that they were difficult to see. Otherwise it was a great time and relaxing.

Very easy in and out with full hook ups but that was about it.

Was a nice place to pull the slides and have a quiet night

I loved it here. Very simple place with water, power and sewer. Cost is even better as I don't need no fancy store or bathrooms. I am self sufficient. It's very quiet and you can watch the rabbits hopping around or chasing each other. *lol* Easy access to and from the major highway.

It was a good place to stop for the night, that's about it.

Good for a very basic overnight stop. Average amenities, one toilet and average shower area.

No trees, isolated, no picnic table by campsite otherwise it was fine. It was basically a night stop on our trip

It was all I needed.

I believe this park is barely getting started....the shower is an outdoor shower, there are few gravel pads to park at, the bathroom was adequate, there's no grass, no shade, nothing appealing overall. I can't imagine charging $39 for a site in a campground that has so little to offer. I will not be saving this as a favorite and will not be back to stay another night.

It’s a new place that they’re trying to make right. To be honest, this is a no-frills stop in between places, but it’s quiet it’s clean. They’re working hard and I would stop there again.
