The owners and residents in the park were awesome! We were able to back in to our spot and were just feet away from the lake. We had a great time!

Not exactly what we were expecting when we read "campground and resort". It had 4 lots open for campers, and the rest were permanent residents. SUPER friendly community that were helpful as this was our first time taking our new camper out. Very tight spots for large rigs. Nothing really to do in the off-season, but sounded like it is nice in the summer. Overall, not amazing but not bad either.

Nice quiet campground at night. Woke up to saws and pounding on the roof for the building beside our campsite. No instructions on what to do with trash so took it with us which we don’t like to do.

Never met anyone that worked there the pool was locked half days was never given any direction like trash or what not. To be honest the people that lived across from the spot we had had so much junk on their yard it was kind of a disappointment. Also ther dog off leash as soon as we arrived came to us and our leashed dog. A big scary to start the week.

The staff were friendly. Place was very clean. Only near complaint was the water in the bath house was never hot.

Such an easy place to park a camper. Just backed straight in, no need for leveling the trailer, electrical and water hookups right there, right near the beach. Would stay here again.

Met some really nice people who were staying here as well. The lake was beautiful. Its winter so nothing happening, however it was good for what we needed.

It appeared there were more permanent lots rather than rental RV spots. I didn’t read where there wasn’t a firepit so I assumed there was but you had to have your own. We have been to dozens of RV campgrounds and all had firepits. I mean you’re not going to drive around with a firepit. Loved the lake area and the neighbors were very nice! The pool was nice although it had closed for the season. The price was great!

Site was very nice. Very close to road with nothing to limit unauthorized access. A good choice for an overnighter.

Gilligans Island resort was fine. There are only 4 sites that are not take by long-term residents, so if that matters to you, keep that in mind. One long loop, beautiful dock at the end. Neighbors are friendly!
