Glacier Campground — Reviews

This was a nice location very close to the glacier Park. The space was a level and surrounded by trees. It was nice having the restaurant available. The showers and bathrooms were good.

Very nice staff, great food at the cafe, lovely site, close to everything!

Great staff. Very responsive. Nice site. Cabins worked out great. I’d just ask that they attempt to level the picnic tables.

The cabin was exactly like the pictures. The bathrooms were clean and staff was very friendly.

The place was beautiful, staff was friendly. The spot was really small, just big enough. It was less than 5 min drive from the park. We will definitely come back

It was an ok stay. The site was alright, but couldn't get all the stakes in the ground for the tent because of all the gravel. The one lady on our first day was very nice,and super helpful. Told us where to go, and all the places that allowed dogs. The laundry service being closed 11-2pm was fine, but we went 10 minutes before two, and didn't see 2 of the washers being used. But, the one receptionist came to start a load for the service. I understand the time is 11-2pm, but she was just starting 10 minutes to the end of the close period which wouldn't of had them free for us to use at 2pm. I would have offered to take our stuff out because she was right 2pm we should of waited for, but she was just starting there service laundry, and nothing would of been open for the guests to use at 2pm. I guess I would recommend locking the door to the laundry room if it is meant for service use only at that time. We had tried to be respectful, amd walked down an hour earlier, and saw it was empty, but a sign closed until 2pm. We just assumed that was another guests laundry started in there when we got back at 1:50pm. Other than that I would say it was peaceful, and got the job done for the week.

Great camp site, friendly staff. Nice and quiet environment. Would highly recommend this place. Had a massage while there. Renna was amazing. Thank you

The cabin was great from the inside. On the outside would have liked our own fire pit, tge shared fire pit was closer to the other cabin so it felt weird to use it when it was right behind from the other cabin. Also no room really for our dogs to hang out other than porch and little hill in front of cabin entrance. Did Like that there are showers and bathrooms close by.

The people here really care about offering a wonderful camping experience. Everything was great.

We love the forested and well kept atmosphere of the campground. People are friendly and pretty cool ! Fridge was nice and cold, there was a microwave and a space heater to take off the chill. Glacier National Park's Western Entrance is just down the road. Laundry and showers were stocked and clean. Peaceful and relaxed !

The cabin was great : clean, roomy, and I appreciated the heater , this time of year. The facilities were clean and stocked. Office staff is friendly and helpful . Had a really nice stay.

Train noise all night. Cedar row had drive thru, but more like gouges off the roadway…not pop out friendly. Distance between sites was good though. Friendly staff.

Nice campground on the west side of Glacier National Park. Clean bath area. Nicely wooded. Nice lounge area in the camp store with a fire and books. Good place to use the internet.

Glacier Campground, although minutes from the West Gate, proved to be a peaceful, secluded setting that seemed far away from the busy-ness of Glacier NP. I would definitely stay here again! Loved our stay!
