Satisfaction Rating

Expectations were high based on the information on the website but the reality was completely different. The location is right next to the highway, on the other side of the river there is a railway that wakes you up in the middle of the night. Hiking trails and nature experiences are non-existent and the hot springs can only be reached by car far from the location. The reception at check-in was unpleasant, bordering on rude. We left a day earlier than planned

The scenery is beautiful but the place and management needs help. They opened up our side at 3 o’clock. We got there at 4:10 and absolutely nobody was in the office. A photocopy of the peoples RV spaces were posted on a door. It’s a very big place little difficult to find your space luckily there was some workmen who did not work for the company guided us to our space When we got there gravel very poor, and our table was unusable, completely rotten and holes in it. The area we were in the bathrooms were an extreme hike away up extreme steps, no railings and we booked it as a handicap spot

Awesome view over the Colorado River. The managers were super nice to work with. No matter what we needed....the office always helped with a smile. Very close to hot springs .Totally recommend.
