No basic amenities, very expensive for what is available

We stayed at Grandview RV Park in November 2025. It is clean and easy parking. However, I paid for an extra large pull through and ended up in space #14. It was the last space in a row of "extra large pull throughs" Because we were in the last space, we had plenty of room for sitting by the fire and letting the dog out. In contrast, because there are only 3 foot strips of grass between the large pull throughs, (sites 5-14) have ANY room to sit by our fire...unless you wanted to sit with your back up against your camper and look at your neighbors hook ups. They campground had plenty of space to better space out sites., not sure why they chose to make it that way. It was quiet and had no problems with the wifi. There are no picnic tables...no room...and no dumpster for your trash.

This park is well maintained, secluded, and peaceful. Great sunrise and sunset view and perfect for star gazing. Most of the sites are pull-through and all have firepits. I recommend staying at this park and as a fulltime RVer who moves around, I'll most likely return. Keep up the good work

This is the exact kind of campground I like to stay at. It's small, peaceful, and has gorgeous scenery and friendly people. The on-site managers Bobby and David are wonderful. A rooster crows at dawn. A cow moos in the distance. Stayed a month and it wasn't enough!

Easy pill in and hook-up great private view on the end!

This campsite has no amenities, which was as expected, so no issues there. However, the location of the sewer connection was much too far forward on the site, so much so that my 30 feet of sewer hose would not reach. Just be aware of this potential issue.

Construction was going on the time we were there and our site was very narrow and our electric almost was under water when it rained .the day before we were to leave the workers decided to have 2 bonfires near our site ,our rv had soot and ash all over it.i can't see us ever going back there

Great RV park! This is our second time staying at Grand View. The lots are big, and the park is clean and peaceful. We will definitely be back!

Nice spot eazy to get to

It’s to dark at night. If there was more light it would be great.

From beginning till end 30 days of improvement construction that we only knew about just prior to arrival. Rough roads to then very soft gravel roads with each drive in and out . Hope in the end it will be worth all the constant noise and construction that we stayed in. Needed to move spots once to continue their site re vamps.

It was terrible. It was nothing like the pictures. When I received an email from the owner it said that there was “some construction underway” and that the spot was getting “refinished with gravel in the morning”. First of all, the whole place was under construction not just some. Then, I reserved a pull through, that wasn’t just being refinished, it became a back in because there was construction on the opposite end of the drive through. The lanes are too small to back in a big rig. There are these large wood blocks that border everything that you have to move to be able to get into the spot. At night, there was no lighting, no sense of security. I don’t even think anyone besides construction workers were there.

We had a great stay! This RV Park is currently undergoing renovations, but that didn't keep us from enjoying our stay and the beautiful area. The owner was very helpful and informative. We also really enjoyed visiting Chattanooga, Rock City, and Point Park, which were about an hour away.
