Tv cable not working. Lack of shade on very hot day. Landscaping overgrown.

The park and facilities were clean, employees were kind and inviting, and the pools and water park were refreshing as always!

Great small RV resort! We have been at least a dozen times. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. So many activities that are included with your stay. Their themed weekends are great and well planned. Plenty of shaded spots. Would go at least a dozen more!

I can’t say enough good things about Great Escapes in Perrin, TX! The pools and water features were sparkling clean, the grounds were well kept, the restrooms were tidy, the office smelled amazing (like Fabuloso), the pizza was yummy, and there were so many activities that my 12 year old never even asked to play video games while we were there. We made reservations at their RV park for 6 days. But we enjoyed it so much that we extended it and stayed 10 days. All the staff were warm and welcoming! And I’d like to give a super special shout out and thank you to Nathan and Iya! They went above and beyond for us! They worked their tails off every day! And still took the time to make us feel like family. We will be back in October for Halloween and can’t wait to see all the staff!

All the staff is super nice. The office area is nice. The rest is in desperate need of repair/updating. It was probably really cool when it was new. Now it reminds me of Jellystone's special cousin. Fellow campers had no respect for personal space or other peoples camp sites. We moved picnic tables in the path they were driving their carts thru, they parked and walked around. I could go on but I am not out of respect to the awesome staff. This is on the management/owners.
