Great people great location

This was our third visit to this campground and it has become one of our favorites. It has only ten (twelve?) spots but is usually not crowded. Lovely views of the gulf in the distance. Concrete pads are spacious and level. Full hookups that work well. Gayle is personable, helpful and quick to respond. The CG is a bit out of the way, but we seek it out when traveling from TN to FL.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful! They even invited us to attend their family Independence Day crab boil! I have already secured our spot for next year!

The property is so beautiful and so quiet. We enjoyed our weekend so much.

Beautiful pull through setting. Cove Pub has Excellent food menu. We knew there were no showers so we will have them at our next road site stop. If you had showers we would stay longer!

A small campground with about 12 sites. Full hook ups, concrete pads facing the gulf. The sunsets are unreal! The area is still recovering from 2 hurricanes last fall. The owners are onsite and very nice.

So much hurricane damage in the area. We managed to find our site, but no one approached us while we were there.

This area was recently hit by a major hurricane. They have done a great job cleaning up there camp ground. The outlining areas are still destroyed.

Granted this area was impacted by hurricane helene 4 mths ago. I had a mini road trip so i stayed at other parks that may not have updated pictures of the damage but made sure to call out the rebuilding. Upon getting there we could not find the office and pulled out. I called the camp directly to ask to cancel as I had booked 2 hours before to cancel as the park isnt as stated and I couldnt even find the office. The lady said yea we sae ypu we are leaving in acamper bc everything was destoried. I lost a nights stay a d had to find somewhere else. Campground claimed campspot want allow refunds as they take a percentage and balance goes to their bank account. I hate the state this area is in but the other campgrounds were up front.

Considering all the storm damage, the site was level, roomy, and well situated.

The bathroom and shower were non existent and it should have stated that. I realize it was hit by hurricane but we were expecting a shower and bathroom. Owners were nice and friendly.

Beautiful sunsets and very peaceful. There are cement pads for easy leveling of the camper. Our sons love crabbing and fishing right by the camper, and you can see the gulf from every site. There is a fish cleaning station, swings, and a tetherball setup available to use. The beach is nearby. It’s such a relaxing place. We definitely will be back!

Nice place and people.

Quiet. Beautiful. Peaceful. Relaxing. This was our second stay there and it never disappoints.
