Handhills High-Country Hideaway — Reviews

This campground was lovely, welcoming, and just overall a great atmosphere. We camped in the willows tent grounds, very good shade from foliage compared to over camp sites. Further from Drumheller but worth it for the shade for tents, space, quietness, and friendly atmosphere. There is mini golf, plenty of activities for kids, safe campgrounds, great people who also stick to the rules and the quiet times of 0900-2300 which was greatly appreciated. Great experience, would easily camp here again. Only drawback for us was that showers were loonie for 4 mins. But understandable for the area. 5/5

Beautiful sites, the store for our convenience, not far to Drumheller.

This is a wonderful place. Extremely clean and so well set up. The dog park is lovely and each site is treed in. It’s such a friendly and welcoming place. It will be my first choice anytime I am in the area.

Great beautiful clean campground. So many fun games for kids and adult! Friendly and helpful staff!
