Amazingly quiet great staff and so much fun

I had a great stay at this lovely RV park! The place is really clean and the staff are extremely friendly. They even went out of their way to help me back in since it was my first time—lol! Overall, I highly recommend this park and will definitely be back!

Clean, level, and large site was easy to access. We were just passing through for a night, but I would definitely consider staying here again.

Happy Acres is clean and very affordable. The RV sites are very spacious and the gravel pads are level. The owners are super nice and very responsive. The only negative for us was the location was way off of I95 and our customer base that brought us to town.

Quiet spot in the middle of town, close to shopping and restaurants. Each site has their own trash bin which is convenient. There are also short white picket fences between each site providing some privacy. Other residents and office staff were friendly.

We stayed here for a month to be near Savannah. The monthly rate for March was very good. Laundry room was clean. The front office ladies are super nice. The sites are big and relatively level. The water pressue was low which made showering a bit of a struggle but managable. The biggest issue is the cats!!! There were atleast 20 stray cats at at any given time hanging around because they feed them. I love animals, but the whole place smelled like cat poop and it was impossible to walk my dog there. I saw that there rates go up in April. I definitely would not stay there at $50 a night. Overall, it's a decent place if you want to be within an hour of Savannah. 1.5 hours to Jacksonville. And 2 hours to Charleston.

Great location, very quiet. Just wish they had wifi.

nice place for a stopover, mostly rental park models with a few RV spaces. No pool or recreation on site, but laundry and a gym are there.

The park has mostly long term residents. It was clean and the office staff were extremely helpful. Was fun to watch all the fireworks celebrating the new year. Was close to sites to visit like Savannah and Tybee Island. Plenty of room in our site for both our rig and car.

My husband and I stopped off here on our way home (Charlotte, NC) from West Palm Beach. We were hoping to stay somewhere near Savannah as a halfway point. All the sites directly off the highway were booked up so we looked for places a little further off 95. WOW, ARE WE GLAD WE DID!!! Happy Acres was truly a gem!! The location was easy to get to, even in the dark. The rates are affordable and worth the money. The spaces were HUGE, had dividing fences, both grass and concrete, and lots of room for vehicles or other ads on. Each space had a custom painted sign out front which just added to the homey and whimsical vibe! We absolutely LOVED the brightly colored mobile homes in the adjoining neighborhood, all smiley faces, and the friendly community kitties. There were full hookups which was fantastic and convenient. There is also a gym, laundry facilities, and a dog park. When we booked, the friendly and helpful staff members called to make sure we found our spot after hours. They even emailed us a map directing us to our exact spot. I wish I could give it 6/5 stars! We will definitely be back! Thank you Happy Acres for a fantastic experience!!

Everything was perfect. People were nice. Facilities were extra clean. We felt secure. We would recommand Happy Acres to all are friends !
