They did not provide a service we paid for. Initially they claimed we were one shy of qualifying for the tank emptying, but reviewing our statement we discovered it was part of their agreement with us. We set up a time, a window of 2 days to take care of it and they neglected to provide that service. We returned to the site counting on them to keep their word. Forget it. I would look somewhere else!
