We were told there was a heated pool. Month of January the pool was definitely not heated. Very disappointed.

Area is nice and convenient. Only has about 12-14 RV spots the rest are modular homes in a 55+ community. Nice dog park. View of the Peace River is beautiful at night feom the pier.

Everyone was so friendly. Views beautiful. Pool area is perfect.

Friendly. Quiet. A community rather than a campground. No public showers. Great sunset views. Spacious sites. No Smokey campfires blowing in from an adjacent site.s. Friendly, competent manager.

The waterview sites are probably the nicest we've had: gorgeous gardens, Tiki hut on a stamped-concrete pad for the patio and large concrete pad for the RV—exceptionally friendly community.

Everything met or exceeded our expectations. It’s also the friendliest place we’ve stayed at.

Great location with close proximity to I75 and Hwy 41. Our sight was 1 block off the River, fairly flat sight and directly across the street from the pool, pickleball and putt putt coarse. The only negative is the crushed seashell said pad, get all inside the RV. Chris has very responsive and easy to work with and great communication before we arrived.
